Formerly Forest Hills Estates now a Megaworld project. For the past year Megaworld has been revamping the main entrance and are now working on the interior gateway at the first round about. I looking forward to the commercial development which hopefully will include some restaurants and shops. I hope Megaworld can leverage their Globe relationship for better internet service in both Sun Valley and Eastland Heights. I have live in Sun Valley Townhouses for six years and hope for better local establishments.

The place is peaceful and nice for nature lover but not much development yet. Still waiting to see how it develop in the near future. Projected finishing time was 2022 not such how fast megaworld can develop the place.

Nice place. Tagaytay of the East. It has this Tagaytay Highlands feel to it. Great potential for growth and development

Mcdonald besides Eastland height is convenient to dine in with parking space for travelers along Marikina Infanta highway.

Hoping we could eventually buy a property here...

This new megaworld township will change the game for antipolo's upper marcos highway area. This is very promising and will definitely increase the property value in the nearby areas.

Super nice development, you really know that you’re residing in a safe and posh estate. Lots of amenities and also their future plans are fantastic: malls, McKinley like strip, international school. No wonder the prices are appreciating significantly. Great lots with views of Sierra Madre and city skyline. Perfect location for retirement or building a family!
