This is a very bad place to stay. We stayed for a night to sleep since an event the next morning is only nearby and we wanted to cut short on travel and get enough sleep. But the attendants will allow people to be noisy with karaoke, music and shouting even until dawn. Even after asking them, they won't do anything about it and let other customers go their way. It's not worthit. We wilk give a negative star if there is.

Rooms was clean, but was a little small. Bathrooms was clean but had ants inside, quick wash with water and they Disappeared. Location was good just parking was a bit tight especially if coming in at night, very limited parking. Only thing was very noisy hardly had some sleep from all the motorcycles and jeeps passing through. Other than that was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place for a budget weekend getaway! Pros: - You get what you pay for. Room was okay enough with complete facilities. There are outlets to plug in a charger. - There’s a nearby diner and store by the entrance of the resort so no need to worry about food. There are other places nearby if you want to eat at a restaurant. Plus there’s a laundry shop outside the resort. - Service is great! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cons: - The bathroom in our room is too small and narrow, you can’t even sit on the toilet properly so you have to sit sideways. - Staff doesn’t regulate noise near the hotel area. Other guests who are swimming in the pool are very noisy and inconsiderate, the noise kept us up for most of the night. Even at 3am people are still very noisy. There should be house rules for guests who are swimming at night because the noise is very disruptive to those who paid for an overnight stay. - Pool access is a separate payment even if you book online. You can only pay for the hotel in advance. It’s a good thing that the pool access fee is cheap (Around 100 pesos) and there are different prices for day and night rates. - Hotel doesn’t give complimentary toiletries so you need to bring your own. - Just for fun, but there’s a bird outside that yells “Panget!” 😂 Overall experience is great and would recommend this to families. The main pool has a slide and there’s a separate kiddie pool for smaller children. You’ll need to temper your expectations with this place because there’s a reason why it’s very affordable—it’s not perfect and there’s not much of a view from the rooms. We had so much fun during our stay here, but the noise from outside means that there’s not much privacy since if you’re loud inside your room, people can hear you too. The noise is the only thing that bothered us and made us uncomfortable. Will definitely visit here again because aside from being affordable, the diner outside serves really good food for its price.

Pool area is nice...but NOT included with the room. The room is cheap, but tiny, no WiFi, no ref, has ants...and costs ₱170 per head to use the pool, even for hotel guests. If you are just going to have a party at the pool, it's fine, but wouldn't recommend staying here. They get 2-stars instead of 1, because at least the staff was friendly.

Manage your expectations for cheaper rooms. More like transient rooms than motel rooms. No Wifi kaya for travel b/vloggers pick another place. Also with somewhat hidden charges. Although kasalanan ko naman kase di ko nagbabasa haha advice is read the fine print. There are better places with the same price or lower even. For use of pool hiwalay po presyo. For the pics kase natulugan na namin. Idea lang sa itsura ng lugar. With towels, shampoo and body wash, with LED TV and socket. Staff is nice.

At the promotional price I got, my stay at Sunrock was of solid value. My stay went extremely well thanks to Sunrock's kind and hospitable staff. My experience is largely positive thanks to the support of Sunrock's Guest Manager who guided me from reservation, check-in, and check-out. However, I do caution people to manage expectations when booking at this resort. It is a no-frills, no-nonsense type of establishment with great people making it work. This OYO listing is primarily targeting people who want to have a nice swimming pool (with slide and going deep as 6ft) and want to be able to stay in the same facility with hot water, and clean sheets. But that's about it. It is a value booking, though I wish the booking already included the exclusive swimming fee. Also, I booked at a time where swimming is not in demand. Calibrate if there will be a lot of people coming as there is only one big pool with a slide and two smaller pools. Here are some other wish list I wish this facility had: 1. Waste basket. I was a bit shocked why there was no waste basket..... 2. a very small cabinet (or at the very least 3-6 hangers since we need to dry clothes after swim (there are two hooks in the room) 3. Some basic toiletries like a cheap toothbrush. (There is body wash and shampoo dispenser already). 4. If the swimming fee is exclusive, I wish there was a set of another complementary towels so that guests have a dedicated towel for swimming and another set for normal bath. I loved my stay because I paid exactly for the value I got thanks to the promotion. Water Heater OK AC OK Sheets Clean TV - basic but appreciated Parking - Motorcycle and Car directly outside the facility. Safe (with reasonable precautions like disc lock and car lock obviously). IMPORTANT: AT NIGHT THE WATER TANK STRUCTURE IS A HAZARD as it is located immediately outside the stairs of the rooms. This is the only thing I'm really mad about. I mean, it takes less than 500 pesos to have some form of lighting so that guests do not stumble into the uneven flooring and smash their teeth into a million pieces onto cold HARD STEEL. :)))))))))))) I learned it the hard way :))))))))))))))))

Staff are great, but there is no wifi connectivity in the room. I don't know if it's just my room, but my devices could not even detect it. I planned on working for a bit during my stay and I couldn't do it. Also, the Oyo booking rate is only for the room, and does not include charges if you would like to use the pool.

We had a reservation at another OYO property which could not accommodate us and haven't notified and the non acceptance of guest came to our knowledge at the very last minute. We contacted OYO since we have no other place to stay at that point, eventually were redirected to this another OYO property as a compensatory action. Their customer sevice/ customer experience made sure to rectify the matter to the best of their ability, we originally booked a 3-person room and they booked us the family suite. Room T-1 is a really nice family suite. Great for a stay for appx 8-10 pax Had a great stay. The staff are also accomodating. Thank you so much, Sunrock Resort. Thank you OYO.

Good ambiance plus cheap fees like entrance and cottages. Room rates a bit fine. With variety of pools. Plus you can do other services such as grilling, and doing karaoke. Has a thrilling slide too! Really good for everyone.

The place isn't exactly sterile. The pools have mold growing along the sides of them. The 7 ft pool is less than 6 ft deep. The tables are cheap plastic. Garbage stacked up near entrance. Roofs are rotting. The showers and comfort rooms all need intense cleaning and repairs.

Overall experience was pretty good. My highlight was the receptionist. I had an initial issue with payment due but she dealt with it in a respectful hospitable manner and showed great humanity in her handling of the problem. It was one of the best interactions I had regarding customer service in the Philippines so far. My only negative is some of the other guests were noisy with their kids in the pool disrespecting the stay of others by making noise at even at 10.45PM. There should already be a noise rule. Some say it's common sense and decency to care for others, but clearly for a few no rules apply to their parenting and let the kids be the boss, causing havoc with laughing, talking loudly, screeching late at night. A holiday should be enjoyable for all and if they were noisy in the daylight hours it would be no issue whatsoever and that in my mind is socially acceptable, which this occasion was not reflected. I'm sure its not a thing for every guest on every stay but some constructive feedback for the management as I wish the place to flourish more. I'm sure my feedback will be taken in to account and future guests will not have to deal with noisy kids late at night..

The room showed in web is not the actual room when we get there! you can't even sleep coz the people who is staying in the room above us keeps running and shouting.

Receptionist said that the room would be quiet but you can hear the road, videoke, and people talking. AC wasn't working well and no staff was available late at night to help us, not even OYO PH. Heater wasn't working. They were able to help us in the morning but for the price, we were kind of expecting a little more aside from the pool: would've helped to have cooking utensils and appliances at least. Also, no WiFi available in the rooms. Great view though.

It’s not the same as the one in the advertisement, price is too much considering the type of rooms. We were never told that there was a fee for each person using the pool. The staffs were very nice though.

Stayed here for 2days and 1night with my husband, 7year old son and 2yrs old baby girl. Cheap for an airconditioned room with 2queen size bed and TV. If you want to access the pool, you'll have to pay 150 for kid, 120 for baby and 170 for adult. Reasonable considering they have 3pools. Very near to key establishments and they have free parking. Will definitely go back considering the price and the kids enjoy the pool and the talking parrot.
