    The reception and clinic staff are organized. However, the doctor who attended me was so rude I almost cried during the appointment. I have PCOS and I was explaining my history but the doctor wouldn't want to listen to me because she was too busy getting mad at me because the ultrasound I brought didnt have the lab results. Kaya nga ako ngpcheck up kasi I need a request from her. I felt humiliated and was even told I 'ang taba ko pa'. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH A DOCTOR. was too anxious about the session that I didnt bother getting my lab results. Will just go to a different clinic

    One of the most difficult satellite clinics to contact. Mobile calls are cancelled. SMS not answered. Landline calls are is either being dropped or put on busy line. Lucky for you if you have landline at home, otherwise you are just wasting your penny and time. I've been to different Medical City branches and I have good experience with other branches, even the main hospital. THIS SATELLITE CLINIC (or should I say ITS STAFF) BADLY NEEDS A REFRESHER ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Sobrang hirap magpaschedule through SMS. Folks on the reception are rude and not accomodtating. Takes a long time to respond to inquiries on SMS. Still unable to get a schedule for consultation after 2 weeks. BULOK!

    MEDICAL CITY ANTIPOLO CLINIC: Worst customer service and policy in accepting patients especially senior citizen.Instead of offering help, you have been a burden. Not all people/patient or relatives of them will have sufficient time to call you whole day to ask for doctors schedule(phone only ringing mostly busy). Bad experience at the reception because of your policy in taking/recording patients appointment...we end up repeatedly going back "just" to sign-in patients name WHEN we are already there right in front at the reception and way ahead of schedule or date. Waste of time and effort. πŸ‘Ž This should be ZERO RATING

    The staff are not accomodating and they have the worst customer service. I think the proper grade for them is 0. It seems that they really don't want to help people, then I guess they are not fit for the job they applied for.

    First you need to go early as 6am due to the long line and then wait for the clinic to open at 7am. For a simple consultation, you need to wait again, but this time, you need to wait like for an hour or two. Then after consultation, they will advise you to undergo a lab test even though its not necessary. Even you already advise them that this is just for a consultation. Elderly people waits for several hours before being attended

    I've been trying to call their hotline but it keeps on ringing. POOR SERVICE. There should be someone assigned answering the phone calls. Not all patient can afford transpo just to ask inquiries.

    Accessible in terms of transportation, though somehow we need to be patient in calling them on phone for appointment.Doctors are professional and polite. Receptionist are civil.Need lots of patience in waiting for turn, for the heavy and long lines. Place is clean and tidy.

    There are established health protocols. However, some of the patients/customers ignore them. They.are constantly reminded by assigned health protocol staff but some are hard headed. Examples are: 1. Not properly wearing PPEs. 2. Not practicing the 1 meter distancing. 3. Signage for queues are not followed.
