The place is huge for a big group and conveniently located in the middle of Antipolo. Just right next to Hinulugang Taktak. It is a cheap price for a group of 30 persons but the bad side is first, their reservation personnel is not so accommodating, second he is inconsistent needless to say from the fact that a fixed amount has been agreed upon and we even paid the deposit which is half of the total amount. Unfortunately, they gave us the one that was 4B with only wall fans in each room and not well ventillated instead of the airconditioned ones based on the agreement. Moreover, they even asked us to pay 1.5k. It is really annoying. It would have been a discounted rate for such inconvenience it brought us.

Nice place to meet friends and family. The pool is clean and safe. The rooms look, smell and feel clean. Restrooms are accessible and clean. Plus a very nice overlooking of the City. A must go! Cheap but classy!

Nice resort clean.

I love this place. A private pool with a reasonable price. Clean, and it provides a stove and fridge. Airconditioned rooms is also a plus. Perfect for large groups and for big families. Videoke is P800 pesos for day time use. Ample and safe parking. The view on this place is spectacular. Just see for yourself the whole Metro Manila from there.

Nice place to held a group gathering... close to nature, quite and cozy place.

The place is quite nice but if you want to have fun in the pool then you'll be disappointed since it's only 4 feet deep. The price of the place is very reasonable since it has 4 rooms and the only downside on the rooms is that there's no outlet to charge your devices.

We attended 1st birthday swimming party of my colleague. Since we are all from the East it's a 👍 for everyone. And those from the South they never had an problem commuting thru MRT and LRT2. Place has breathtaking view of the city skyline. Pool is clean and was replaced by new water. Shower area is clean as well as rooms. Grilling and videoke is together with the package. We also planning to have our team fostering here because this private resort is cheaper. Overall 3B resort is recommended and will definitely coming back

Date : May 28, 2022 3B unit #4 comments/complaints that I suggest need to undergo immediate corrective actions. 1. Water in the fool not so clear and the smell of chlorine was "matapang" 2. The floorings in all areas and walls around the pool areas looked very dirty caused by the stucked black stains 3. Flooring across the dining area with plenty of duhat fruits falling from the trees which hard to avoid stepping on them and there was a possibility that was the cause why one of my nephews accidentally slide and fell and his slippers were dettached. Note: at the back of his slippers had duhat fruit stucked on them.Thank God 🙏 nothing serious happened to him 4. Kitchen flooring full of stucked black stains and the sink had leaks. The cooking and washing areas were quite high, not comfortable while using them and quite dim, light not enough in those areas. 5. Comfort rooms located at the bedrooms area with foul odor and one with continuous off & on mode of light 6. Comfort room's door adjacent to the videoke area encountered automatic locked. 7. 2 staffs followed up balance payment as early as 2pm. 8. Disappointed in the use of 3B unit #4

celebrated our company outing...good place for this summer outings...:) it has spacious parking, 4 rooms, toilets, shower areas, and a spacious place to have your parties...

A good place for a big family like us tho' not as clean as I expected but tolerable enough to enjoy the day ☺️ with a scenic view of sunset

Pro: Relatively cheap compared to the other resorts in the vicinity. You can have around 30 people or maybe more for the space. View is great as you can see metro manila. If you stay till the afternoon, you can witness the magnificent sunset. Con: Not that accessible, it is better to have your own vehicle going here. Pool water is not as clean. Maybe you can request to have it cleaned before swimming

Large venue for 20 pax. Cons - no cooking utensils - karaoke curfew (theres a workaround, figure that yourself) - pool water is salty - if you dont like stairs, oooh boy Pros + big pool + big tables + awesome bedrooms + 4 comfort rooms!

Good for family bonding and reunions.

Great place, budget friendly and can really accommodate a lot of people. Rated it 4 star since the comfort room's lock is broken.
