Not
very
many
houses
but
I
can
see
this
place
turning
out
very
nice.
Peaceful
here
with
lots
of
fresh
air.
UPDATE:
There
was
water
flowing
out
of
one
drain
in
Arizona
St.
Very
odd.
On
the
other
side,
phase
4,
there
was
a
low
lying
part
where
the
street
was
covered
in
mud
and
I
was
unable
to
drive
on
it.
The
security
guard
in
phase
one
was
a
frail
man
in
his
sixties
with
a
disheveled
uniform.
Not
confidence-inspiring
at
all.
The
guard
in
phase
four
across
the
street
was
younger
and
snappier
looking.
But
phase
4
is
flatter
and
the
air
is
very
fresh.
The
place
can
still
turn
out
very
nice
if
it's
managed
properly.
