Rustic mornings Is a lovely place to stay and have breakfast. They have the traditional Filipino breakfasts as well and also healthy acai bowls. It is usually full with a lot of guests, nice to see the various paintings and set up of the restaurant.

The place is perfect! It has a lovely atmosphere which makes you forget that you are in the Metro. It's very homey -- a perfect venue if you want to catch up with your friends. Seating arrangement is social-distancing friendly, as different parties/guests do not have their tables next to each other, which also provides a more intimate moment with the people you are with. The staff are very accommodating -- from setting up a reservation on the phone to actually serving you while you are there. You can see their smiles of their staff beyond the face shields and face masks. Good food. Hefty serving. We enjoyed their Filipino breakfast line up. I would give it 5 stars, but the parking can be an issue at times due to limited space. Maneuvering through the parking space can be tricky, but their guard is very accommodating and helpful, which also speak on how well-mannered everyone is.

The ambiance is so peaceful, perfect for eating breakfast or brunch with family and friends. For guests with cars, parking is available. The place is open from Mondays-Fridays 8am-4pm. Place is also practicing minimum health standards. Servers are friendly, food servings is good for at least 2 people and it tastes devine! It's a really great place to dine.

Rustic Mornings in Marikina is a nice hideaway within the metro. The street is narrow, so if there’s no parking available, it can be a hassle. They have parking spaces inside the gate but limited, and the restaurant gets usually busy in the mornings until lunch time. It’s best also to place a reservation, because for walk-ins like us, it took us around 2mins waiting time before a receptionist approached us and assisted us to a table. It was forgiveable though because the place is nice and you can have quiet breakfast dates cos tables are far apart, in compliance with COVID-19 protocols. Even though it’s open air, every corner is well ventilated, so it’s tolerable now especially it’s summer time. Overall the place is really lovely. With regards to the food, I would love to try all their dishes, as everything looks appetizing. I had Chicken Fricassee (and had extra bacon on the side as backup) and my gf had Beef Tapa. It’s okay, not mindblowing-good, but does the job for hungry visitors. Prices are on the expensive side, because service wasn’t extraordinary. Wait staff were nowhere to be found, it’ll take minutes before you can place your order. Undermanned! They have to add people, especially during busy hours. 4/5 because of this, but will visit again to try their waffle/toast breakfast plates.

Nov 2023: Glad to be back after 6 years. The restaurant transferred to a bigger property right in front of the old one. It has bigger parking and they also have an events area good for 120 pax. The restaurant is fully booked when we arrived. But, we still waited for our turn. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation next time to avoid waiting in line. We ordered breakfast plates, burger, buffalo wings and several drinks. Everything is cooked perfectly and the juices were freshly squeezed. They mastered the art of breakfast! It's their specialty and it's really delicious!

My first time to eat here. The place is beautiful, a recommended place to go for a breakfast date haha. The food is delicious but it's a bit pricey. We ordered breakfast plate meal no. 24 and 26. It cost 500-510 each. For the drink we try cappuccino and cafe latte since I am a fan of latte art :) So far my experience here is good, the staff is nice, they have secured parking, and the food has a large portion, worth it for the price!

OK naman, but when visiting it is more advisable if you have a reservation. No more waiting tho' they accept walk-in customers. We had a heavy brekky kaya light lunch lang. Ordered: Truffle Cream Pasta 8/10 Pizza with Pineapple and Bacon 8/10 Half Plain Half Churos waffle 10/10 (My son is a waffle addict so it's a 10 for him. I tasted the churos masarap nga! We had Strawberry Milkshake and Chocolate Chip Frappe (taste coffee 😶) The ambience is nice. It's an open area, they have ac area but I guess those are for reserved dining customers 😊 Mejo I have to follow up lang the waitress for our food but the rest must visit and try this resto. 😍 they have a parking space naman, but we parked at the church para we can stroll around the area 😊

This place was like a hidden paradise in the city. Place is alfresco dining and the food is great. Price though is like mary grace's range and the quality of food is good. Would come back once in a while. 🙂

Nice ambiance with delicious food! Group platters are available.the Italian platter is yummy and good for 2 to 3 person, with crispy chicken wings, three cheese pizza and truffled mushroom pasta.

Delicious food & the serving size is big which explains the higher price point. Likewise, the place & ambiance is good also. Place is recommended for an uninterrupted discussion or "kumustahan." Thank you.

Honestly, I did not enjoy my first visit here more than 5 years ago (it was so cramped and service is pretty terrible that time) but I decided to give it another try because this is definitely one of the most beloved restaurants in Marikina in locals and tourists alike. The ambience has improved. Lives up to its name (Rustic) and perfect for intimate brunch dates. The service is also awesome. The staff including the guard who helped us in parking is very nice. Menu selection has a good variety of choices (expect brunch + cafe). I ordered their truffle pasta and frozen brazo mercedes. The truffle pasta is one of the best I tried so far. Pasta is al dente and sauce is generous with the truffle and mushrooms. Their frozen brazo mercedes taste pretty good, not to sweet. This time, we love our experience. It’s worth the hype. Price point is on the high side but I think it’s fair considering the generous serving (the pasta serves 2 adults) and the quality. Just a heads up for those who want to eat here soon. Parking is available but may be a bit challenging if there are many vehicles in the area since it’s very popular. Best time to visit is off peak hours (weekday brunch-lunch time).

Relaxing ambience. Rustic Mornings is the perfect name for this place having great breakfast food and coffee with a calming vibe. We ordered the Filipino food and Brunch platter which is perfect for 4-5 people. Try the pure avocado milk shake with pearls, you won't regret it!

This is one of my favorite restaurant in Marikina. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Kuddos to manong guard/parking attendant. Can’t wait to return and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Marikina. One more thing, park at otto shoes building or OLA church, thank me later.

We came just minutes before the 8am opening and was able to park in an adjacent lot, designated parking. We stayed in the indoor dining due to the humidity even at that early time. But the alfresco areas are breezy with all those plants supplemented by fans. The food we ordered was good, large servings and just commensurate to the price. It’s our 3rd time here and looking forward to more visits in the future. I like the menu ordering scheme with the numbers and pics. Makes it easier to go through their extensive menu

Our first time here! Tagaytay Resto Al fresco vibes :) The area dining area is big but we didn’t have any issues in getting the attention of the staff so that’s great. Food is good. I have other items on the menu that I want to try next time. The spinach artichoke dip was so yum!

If you're ever in town, don't pass up the chance to visit this charming garden cafe—it's a must-see! Remember to make a booking before coming no matter how many people you have. Here are three things that won my heart: Firstly, the decor is absolutely enchanting. The garden setting adorned with hanging pans and pots creates a lovely, creative, and romantic atmosphere. The Greek vibe with its blue and white theme adds an extra touch of magic. Secondly, the menu boasts a wide range of food options, including standard brunch fare, all at extremely affordable prices. It's a refreshing change from other cafes in Makati. Thirdly, the cafe's prime location right next to the shoe museum makes it incredibly convenient for a delightful brunch after museum activities. While my experience was fantastic overall, a small hiccup was the staff's limited knowledge of the menu. There are different types of beans for the Americano, but when I asked, I was simply offered the "usual" one—with neither the staff nor I knowing which beans were considered usual. Additionally, those with strict dietary requirements might want to double-check their orders. In the end, it was a great experience, and the drive to get there was definitely worth it!

Nice garden view and atmosphere! Full on Greek decor vibe with Filipino brunch. Every corner is instagramble. Book your table ahead in order to have a reserved parking spot.

The place is very inviting for a relaxed breakfast. Tables and chairs are very well spaced out. You don't feel cramped at all. The garden makes it more airy. The food was fantastic, whether it's filipino dish or american platter. From fried rice to pancakes, even the sauces were excellent. Their butter is very tasty. The staff are excellent too. We asked if we can get a bigger table, and they kindly let us, even if they have already dressed our table. World class food and service.

They recently transferred to a space across their old spot. Kept the garden / backyard feels which I loved Food is amazing as always (don't miss out on some of the rice bowls towards the later part of the menu) Service can still be improved. They missed one of our orders and was served quite late.

We ordered three dishes: the 1st was toast, ham, bacon scrambled eggs. 2nd was pork tocino and the 3rd was pancake, hash brown and ham breakfast. It was great! The restaurant was clean, rustic, surrounded by plants and had ample seating. Very easy to park. Service needs some improvement though but not bad if your patient.

We were super lucky because no one was there when we had our brunch. It was before closing time, around 3 PM. Plenty of parking outside. The place is very pretty, well-maintained and with a beautiful design, reminded me if Tunisian art. It's a quality restaurant for the price you pay, however you can enjoy great breakfast at other restaurants, at a cheaper price. It was nothing out of the ordinary, just a delicious brunch. Staff was kind and we got our order fast. We ordered meal 23 (waffle, breaded chicken and salad) and meal 29 (french toast, eggs, bacon and sausage). Meal 23 was good, quality ingredients, the salad was with real parmesan cheese and the chicken wasn't oily at all. It came with salsa sauce. The waffles were also delicious, they served it with home-made syrup. In meal 29 the toast was very thick and filling, and the cream on top gave a good combination with the sugar and cinnamon. The scrambled eggs were runny and the sausages were more like a hotdogs. The only "complaint" is that it only came with two strips of crispy bacon and two very small hotdogs. We also had hazelnut iced coffee (not sweet, perfect for my taste) and a cookie crumble frappe which was good. Overall, it was an experience, I think they target tourists since it has Instagramable places inside and higher prices. Worth the try.

Definitely a nice breakfast/brunch area. A little hard to get find parking and the queue gets longer at around 8-9am. Normally 10am onwards has lesser crowds. Food is definitely very nice. Got the beef tapa, dilis, churros waffle, and 3mushroom omelette. Not a fan of the hashbrown, but the rest are great! Just curious why they only have 1 toilet though, and very hard to get the attention of the staff. Even if there is a bell on the table, no staff can be found.

Charming rustic ambiance, delicious homestyle dishes, and friendly service. Recommended for those seeking a cozy dining experience. They also provide high chair for kids which is a big plus for me. Good job on considering kids! Most restaurant dont have high chairs.

Serves good breakfast food amidst a rustic and peaceful ambiance. What's also nice is the serving size of their food, especially those for breakfast, can be good for 2 pax if not too hungry. Waffles, scrambled eggs, and spinach artichoke dip are my favorites here!

  • 5/5 Pau E. 1 year ago on Google
Outdoor seating are usually fully-booked. But as long as you're early, you may get an outdoor or indoor seating. There will be a manager waiting for you on the path after the parking area where you can claim your appointment or get wait-listed for walk-ins. Waiting chairs are limited. The outdoor seating was very inviting. We got the indoor seating. The ambience was also nice inside and tables range from 2 seaters, to 8 seaters. The food takes a lot of time to prepare, 15 mins or more. But it was worth it. The have a wide variety of breakfast combinations and add-ons. They also serve lunch, so the place will definitely be jam-packed. Come as early as you can. The service was okay. But I suggest that you maintain your patience because the servers have a lot to take care of, and sometimes they may forget to attend to your order or bill because they are running around, attending to everyone in the restaurant. There are signages that says people shouldn't treat their servers badly or there will be consequences. Be compassionate. Order their spinach artichoke dip. It's worth a a try.

Vintage place with art etched in every corner! Very homey and has a great ambiance. Better if you book a reservation ahead since they get full easily and you’d have to wait to get seated, especially if you’re a big group dining together. We enjoyed the food & the coffee! Would come back again for a tita brunch session 💕

Great place! Food is a bit pricey but it's delicious. Definitely a place to go to on occasion. Got the corned beef rice meal and I split the truffle mushroom pasta with a friend and I was very satisfied with the food. We were seated in the outdoor area which is really nice and spacious so I appreciated that. The only thing is that there are mosquitoes but it can't be helped with outdoor seating and especially since there are a lot of plants. Overall would definitely come back again!

First time eating here and I tell you, I'm so happy to have finally tried it! Ang tagal ko na kasing nakikita reviews about it at never kami nagka reason to go there until now. Ambience was great; we sat outdoor because we had our furbaby with us and no complaints! Walang lamok/langaw kahit na maraming halaman outside. Presko pa nga e, and they do have fans if naiinitan ka. Service was excellent; crew got to your table promptly kapag nag ring ka ng bell on your table. They were professional and friendly rin, attentive to what you say and order as well! Snappy rin ang orders, though it might be a bit different kapag maraming tao. Lastly, the food. Everything was Instagrammable for sure, and they tasted good. Maraming variety, plus super easy to order dahil their menu has everything you need to decide. My only complaint was everything seemed a little underseasoned. Their eggs, garlic rice, even their french toast had no salt. Granted, buti nalang umorder kami ng on the salty side na dishes like tapa at bacon. Sana next time, they can put even just a pinch hehe

This location exudes a romantic atmosphere, making it ideal for bringing your loved ones. My husband brought me here for my birthday breakfast, and I was blown away by the quality of their meal! Their cuisine is expensive, but the quality is excellent and well worth the money. Their scrambled eggs with sausage were delicious!

Service was very fast and everyone was courteous. Food for the price is average. This ambiance is top notch. I loved the plants as well as the decorations. It really has the rustic vibes. The only reason that I am giving this 3 stars is the parking. The location is not built for SUVs and pick up trucks. You will definitely be asked to move your car outside of the premises for other cars to exit. Reservations are also manual. They keep a logbook and you have to call their number to reserve.
