They do not actively clean or clear out the tables despite that the only available area to dine is downstairs. 4-5 people in queue yet only 1 counter is available. I guess low on staffing.

Rude staff, your order takes alot of time even though there were less customers at time, table cleanliness, slow services.

The place is really dirty even though there are few customers. The chicken was too small. The part that was given to me was mostly bones. So disappointed. Never again. Not recommended. Better find another kfc.

The items I ordered were incomplete. It was a very hassle experience. Staff should carefully check the items, specially if it was for a delivery.

Disappointed with the buttered rice and also in the place. The crew was a little bit irritated and didn't know why. The place was dirty. Pagpasok palang , tambak na yung mga trays na need i bus out , we were hesitant. Parang they were waiting na yung customer ang mag clean. If only i was able to take a picture. It's just disappointing. We were supposed to cancel the order,, anyways, na punch na kasi. Malabo rin po yung print ng receipt 😶

Place is fine. I don't know why no crew immediately cleans up when customers finished their food. But then, the guard did clean. I ordered sisig rice earlier. I didn't find it appetizing. Oh I almost forgot, their utensils! Some are dirty though!😥

The food is good but staff can be rude and I'll never recommend people to eat here that expects better or even good customer service. The cashier never even gave us our receipt. The classic cone that I have ordered did not have a CONE which I was not advised first-hand. Staff will even pretend not to hear you sometimes. Hooh. So annoying.

I bought 3 orders of take out meals but I'm so disappointed with what I've got. Upon checking my orders at home I found out that some side dishes are lacking. No mushroom soups which should be included in the meal I bought. I paid for it but received an incomplete meal.

Are they running low of staff. Not really sure but this might be the reason why the store is not maintained properly.

One of my order from this KFC Branch via GRAB is their 2pcs Fully Loaded Meal but found out there are missing mashed potato & soup. I called the store yet no one answered so i send my report via text. Just a few minutes the store is calling & the Manager immediately apologized to what happened & promised to re-send the missing items together with a FREE Flavor Shots🥰🥰 ❤️❤️THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ACTION & FREE MEAL❤️❤️ GOD BLESS

Fast crew

Due to the Pandemic they have less seats available and that's understandable since they are complying to the Antipolo City health protocol. They're fast in serving the food. But last week their comfort room is closed due to maintenance, hope it will be fixed in the near future.

About d tarpaulin theyd put infront of my house.. Before theyd giving me a bucket of chicken monthly.. for 3months.. but now after changing the tarpaulin coz its old anyway.. how come they didnt giving me a bucket of chicken? Which makes me so sad😅..pls. reply..
