Drive thru is the worst drive thru, they dont have a system to accomodate the customers efficiently deapite not having dine in customers. Literally 3 customers I'm ahead of got their ordera before me, i just ordered a champ and a yum it took longer than usual.

Too many beggars to disturb paying customers, security guards does nothing about it. They just let the scamming beggars takeover the parking lot. one time an attendant charged me with 100 as parking fee and smashed my windows when i drove away. Buns on burgers are super stale and cold. Any of the champ burgers are always unavailable. Drinks doesnt have ice.

it's disappointing if the name of jollibee is only ruined by you Mr. Security guard who is rude when approaching a customer!! first of all! so we go to jollibee's parking area to eat not to hang out! we know the parking rules! so don't tell us that we are not allowed to park if we don't eat here!! and if you just go to the cemetery!! is that right??? Is that the right way to treat the customer? are you training! do you know the word Customers service!!! you make the blood rise so much!!! before you speak, ask your question!! I hope the owner of jollibee will read this so your guards can take action!! I don't think he knows his job!

Worst drive thru service ever. Crews are rude too.

Pineapple juice is auto large according to your staff/crew, but when received, it is on a regular cup. The lady said that it is really the size for pineapple juice. i guess the auto large is the price and not the content.

We went for a drive thru... We were informed a 15min wait for a Champ burger... And yet we waited for 40mins... They sent a few items first... fries were cold, the peach mango pie was lukewarm... This is not on a peak time, this is 1am in the morning... At 35mins waiting, we approached the counter and they said 2 more mins... Very disappointing...

Attention to the owners to this location I went this location around 8:15am September 10,for family breakfast and suddenly it took my orders for almost half hours to serve ,that time is not crazy busy ,then I went down to talk to the manager on duty to asked her why its takes too long on my orders, this is not acceptable at all and yet my food is sitting on the counter already and not hot at all except the hot chocolate .I’m really upset :(

POOR SERVICE, 1HR WAITING IN DRIVE THRU

This branch is very accessible, and has a drive-thru. There are red circles placed on the floor to ensure that social distancing is enforced while waiting for your turn to order. I believe the chairs and tables are cleaned right after customers are done eating. They don't have acrylic barriers on the tables, unlike other Jollibee branches I've been to this pandemic, but it's fine. They also only take cash, no credit or debit, unlike Jollibee Lores. Still the same old Jollibee, same food, still great. 😊

Strange drive thru, order on DT and then they will tell to park n wait to deliver on the parking area.

I used to be disappointed with the service, I'd ask for over easy or malasado egg and they would always give me well done. Also the coffee used to be watered down. Now it's better.

Only Al Fresco Dining allowed as of the moment though not ideal due to bad weather.

Average service. But the good thing is, they are open until late night when we tried to take out. Not sure if it is 24hours open.

Ok having drive through large parking area joined with burger King. Using qr code to enter covid19 regulations.had to wait long time only few queing. Not much in choice in order available I just had spaghetti least it was hot still
