Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Guards are friendly and maintenance is doing a really good job and is very helpful. Repairs of things like the road, playground etc could be better, but that only works if everybody pays the HOA Fee. All in - a very nice place to live

Subdivision along sapang Buho...near Georgia Academy School. Convinient store along vicinity

Stayed here just for a visit. The owner of the house was out of town, we are just inside the house the entire day and suddenly we don't have a water. Upon checking, the water meter was locked. We checked their water bill and they don't have an overdue balance since they made an advance payment. So what is your reason to disconnect the water supply of that house? So much inconvenience for their visitors.

terrible, scary because the path ways or road going to the rotanda has no lights. it will cause a accident there soon 😳😱🙈
