Stayed here for work and it was fairly decent.

Very nice hotel. Casino costs $ to enter! Extremely loud at night with music blasting from the empty casino. If you get an unlucky room, will be very noisy! Rooms have nice view of the ocean and balcony. They don’t seem familiar with the city, took 20 mins to get a restaurant recommendation. Not downtown, you’ll need to walk or Uber.

Great place of course. There's a casino downstairs, they have good breakfast, swimming pool, spa and fair prices. The only thing not that great is the location of you plan to be outside rather than inside.

Small place, no much sitting area, and one must pay to get in the casino.

Arrived late, got a table, ordered food and drink and gambled! Perefect way to end a boozy evening! 🥳

After paying to get in, I couldn't order any food or drinks, and I also couldn't visit my friend who was staying in the hotel. They refused to return my entrance fee even after 5 minutes. Zero customer service, if you can avoid it definitely avoid everything about this place. During this hour long argument to try and get my money back, I saw them kick some guys out after they won $4000 on $30, claiming that they "cheated", but providing no substantiating evidence of said cheating. This business gets to do whatever it wants because there is no competition and no such thing as customer service. In sum- it's overpriced and you literally risk being robbed by the greedy multi million dollar Enterprise.

Superb hotel with a fantastic view of Pacific ocean. It is also right opposite to one of the historical monuments of Antofagasta. The staff are super courteous and helpful. The location is away from the downtown of Antofagasta hence not many eating facilities within the walking distance, but lots of cabs are available in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is good. There is a casino in the basement and it can little noisy on the weekends (if you are staying in 2nd or 3rd floor).

Amazing hotel. There are all what you need. Exercise gym with beautiful view, 3 restaurants, good breakfast, good beauty salon with professional cosmetics. Also amazing swimming pool on the rooftop and dressing room
