Food was great but have to complain at airport prices. Had issues with the app and couldn't take payments on two cards. Maggie was lovely and helpful, as was the other lady who made our drinks. We sat on table 119 and it has a big wobbling issue - would expect things like this to be sorted especially with the prices charged

Evelina and her team served awesome food in record time. This is how airport lounge hospitality should be run, fast and by an App, brought to your table

Very meh, from start to finish. I was there for an early flight so needed coffee and breakfast. Coffee was bland and watery. Literally not as good as I make at home without a fancy machine. When my Ulster Fry came, my tray wasn’t taken away. I had to clear the space while waitress watched! Again, better service if you came to my house. The breakfast itself was ok. Nothing to shout about and sausages slightly blackened. I elected NOT to add toast for any additional £2.95 or whatever it is. Disappointing.

Man, this place. Burger King seems to be shut, so this is the only place I could see that does food. Hugely expensive - which is fine, if the food is good - as you see the price before you buy. The food is awful. Like really bad. Ordered a Cheese Burger - then had to pay for Cheese to be added? Not that the cheese really made any difference. Burger turned up - with oven ish chips. Burger was like one of those Hockey Pucks that the Canadians knock about. Tiny sliver of brown edged lettuce, one strand of onion, and some tomato. Buns SO dry I instantly dehydrated - like a vampire hitting sunlight. Asked for Mayonnaise - not to improve the meal, but just to facilitate being able to swallow it. They didn't have any. Would have just left it it if I wasn't stuck to the filthy table and I thought I wouldn't starve to death before I was freed. Do yourself a favour, if you read this before you go - just go get a sandwich instead. Either that, or take out a loan, buy some indigestion tablets and table wipes then eat here.

Would be nice to walk into an establishment that is mostly empty with clean tables and floors. Ordered and ate our breakfast, which was really good by the way. What spoilt it for me was the lack of simple hygiene. It took until we had finished our meals for staff to actually appear, having to pile plates up high clearing god knows how many tables? Surely it would make sense to wash dishes more frequently than that. Wipe your tables & floors please, covid hasn't gone away just yet...!

Higher end restaurant prices for dustbin-standard food. The gall of the app to ask if you wish to leave a tip, given there's no actual service going on. The order arrived incorrect leading to even more expense as the insipid apple juice given wasn't fit for purpose so we bought another hyperinflated cola. The chips had barely seen heat, likewise my lukewarm on arrival americano. The kids pudding arrived with the main and immediately the ice cream melted and the brownie was harder than solid biscuit yet not frozen. An entirely new state of matter. They charge twenty human quid for a basic burger and chips. Twenty. Given the food in Belfast was start to finish of an incredibly high standard I can only assume this "experience" was to prepare us for the comedown of eating back at home?? I dunno. Certainly by a phenomenal distance the worst airport food I've ever had the misfortune to be anywhere near

Fast service and tasty food. Easy to order and pay using the QR code/website. Pretty expensive though.

Bit disappoint in myself for eating here. Quick service and food nice and hot , £25 for what is burger , packet chips and pint . They taken advantage . Hope they paying the staff excellent wage. Oh and the apps ask for a tip surely at these prices it’s included. £16 to £18 would be about right. I’ll go to WH Smiths for sarnie next time

**My wife and I dined here on Saturday May 20th 2023. This is part of a general food court but has its own seating. The food was excellent and the area was a great place to relax and unwind before a flight. Toilets nearby. Novelty: we had our food delivered by a robot , a first for us. It worked perfectly and it was fun watching later diners being really confused about what to do (not a problem for customers but fun). *One thing to note. My wife ordered a club chicken sandwich which it was, but the chicken was crispy, not simply chicken. However, my wife enjoyed the sandwich.

After security airport restaurant, so you are captive customer. Plece is nice and open, food selection is not great, mostly quick meals (as this is airport) they prefer to qr code ordering via phone, which to be honest is straightforward and simple. Food arrived by a robot bartender! This was entertaining. Prices are not great for the food served, but I would call it reasonable for after security restaurant.

As many times as I’ve been through the airport I’ve never really stopped at the Sip & Stone as it was always busy. Thankfully it was quiet enough to find a table yesterday. The order at table had been switched off as it had been busier earlier so ordered at the bar. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food is delicious, the chicken burger & chips and it was perfectly cooked. It is a bit on the pricey side but, for the taste and the novelty of the table service delivery it was well worth it! Speaking of the table service. These little automated machines are just adorable! I know it’s a total gimmick but they are so fun to watch.

Shocking! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you have a flight to catch. A simple food item takes almost 30 minutes to get especially know everyone will be on a tight schedule. Not good enough, food went straight in the bin. Plenty of other options that will offer food at a fraction of the time and price and with no risk of missing your flight.

Very pleasantly surprised with a beautiful meal here yesterday. Most airport food can be hit and miss, but this was lovely. The burger was delicious and the portions were very generous. My friend had the fish and chips and said they were yummy. The staff were friendly and Bella the bot did a great job delivering our food. Highly recommend

Good food but ordered a large orange juice which was very small. Didn't seem to be any difference in size between small medium large. Loved the robot waiter's however, they were really cool to see, felt like the future.

This place was the worst food I’ve ever had. I had the chicken korma. I saw the chef come running out of the kitchen only to buy a packet of precooked chicken korma and rice from the WHSmith across the aisle. I heard the ping of the microwave; my curry came out and he just rubbed some oil on the rice. The curry was £3.55 (reduced) at WHSmith but he charged me £17.99, for rubbing oil on rice. It felt like food for the rat. The Mango Chutney was still in the pre-packaged cover.

Really liked the ease of ordering by the QR code website and it came quite quick. Thought for a half pint it was pretty expensive and the cheesy chips side was average. Alright for something pre-flight as there aren’t lots of options in the airport

Ordered the loaded chips, chicken katsu and plant based chick'n katsu. At £6.99 per portion I wasn't expecting a huge meal. My partner received plant based chick'n and got four strips, I got one strip of real chicken, snapped in two, all served by a robot. I know there's a shortage of eggs at the moment, is it also the case with chickens ? When I questioned the size of portion , I was told it was correct. Give this place a miss and buy a packet of roast chicken crisps from WHSmiths opposite 😕

Our experience in Sip and stone has been fantastic, easily ordered and respite my mistake of ordering 2 coffees instead of one tea and one coffee, Melissa our waitress sorted it and totally saved our marriage!! Great start to out family holiday x

Basic products used to produce a horrible breakfast that cost £9.99 each. At that price you could use quality products and proper portion sizes. You use children's cutlery and the knife would barley cut through anything. All totally unbelievable for an international airport I honestly thought someone was having a joke in us. The place has certainly gone way down in standards. Please do not offer me an apology and say it will be better next time we visit you know it won't be

Great user experience with the online ordering system. Especially if you're with a family. I ordered our food and drinks and within minutes it was delivered to our table. Great service.

Have to say, wasn't expecting much from Belfast International but my breakfast this morning in Sip & Stone was amazing. Great value, great looking, great taste and arrived quickly despite a full restaurant area. Bonus points for great veggie/vegan options and great tasting coffee too.

We stood in the queue waiting to get seated for a good 5 minutes. A moody looking waitress (curly dark hair) eventually left the place she was standing chatting to do her actual job. We were told to sit at a certain table and started to make our way there when she starts shouting "You're welcome". No idea why she's yelling at paying customers infront of a queue of potential customers, although if she was expecting thanks for making us wait she was wrong! Anyway, we sat down to look at the menu. Almost fell off our chairs when we saw burger & chips for £18! I know airports are expensive but that is ridiculous. So we upped & left to get a meal deal at WH Smith. Rude staff & high prices are not the way to get customers.

The plant-based burger is marked on the menu as vegetarian, not vegan. The menu says it uses vegan mayonnaise. However, when it arrived, it was clearly not vegan mayonnaise. Please consider taking this extra step and clarifying on the menu whether this meal is vegan or not. It is important for a busy restaurant such as this to have viable vegan meal. It affects not only vegans, but also people with dairy and egg allergies as well as people with religious dietary restrictions.

Disgusting Guinness poured wrong and overpriced and dirty glass 6..29 they should be embarrassed to serve this someone pint I’ll show you the picture. Also for tourists visiting Northern Ireland it shows bad reputation of Guinness. I hope the Guinness team see this and make visit or stop them serving the product.

😐 A lot of room and seating available. Breakfast had just ended so I tried one of three sandwiches offered.
