Amazing food and warm hospitality! Elsie knows how to give an amazing Ethiopian/Eritrean experience with her dishes and service. Generous portions and tasting wots.
Wonderful vegetarian and vegan platters bursting with beautiful flavours. Lovely to share with several people. Big portions and definitely worth the money!
My stomach and soul have never felt so full 🥰 Everything is super fresh, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. Elsie is the most welcoming chef who prepares you the type of food that you would expect your mother/auntie/grandma to make. Plus, she is always there to make sure you never run out of injera 😋 Such a needed addition to Antwerp. What a gem and perfect place to share food with friends and family.
Pure, honest and amazing! Highly recommended! Gluten free and vegan options 🙌🏼
Friendly and fast service! Very delicious injera made with teff only, no added white flour. Injera is so healthy because it consists mainly of teff, a gluten-free grain that is rich in iron, protein, amino acids, calcium and vitamin C. Can’t get enough of it.
It’s been a while but before moving, I came here several times and they had very tasty food and generous portions. And friendly waitress which I believe is the owner. UPDATE: I came back couple of time the last month and I have to say they changed the place and painted the walls very beautiful, the place changed for better and is very cozy now. And the service + the food is still amazing and maybe even better than before. I would come every time when visiting Antwerp!!! The owner and the chef ( Mimi) are incredibly friendly and generous. I’m vegan and tried some meat replacement they have on their menu ( chicken and pork) and O MY GOOOOODNESSS I have nothing els to say than: I should have try them before!💕
Delicious Eritrean/Ethiopian meal in cosy setting. Count an average of 30eur/pp for shared platter and a drink. We recommend the coffee ceremony with traditional coffee, popcorn and incense.
Great service, super nice and attentive . Beautiful atmosphere. Great authentic food and tasty injera
