This is a good local (Deurne) store for DIY & building materials.

Good customer service and prices

You would think that installing self-scan checkouts would help AGAINST the queues, but that's not the case Or it might free some employees, to focus on the customer. Nope, not here. And don't get me started on the prices.. go to Gamma, or order online. It hope this place will get some serious competition. But if you into (financial) SM; great place!

Two incidents in one week made me adjust my score to one star. On Monday I didn't get a "Thank you and goodbey" after paying the receipt, today I made a phone call and friendlyness was nowhere to be seen. This was my last time dealing with this shop.

The Brico group offers a wide variety of products but is almost always more expensive than the competing hardware stores.

A lot of stuff. Nice people but litlle thing like bolts and nuts are very expensive.

Very dificult to find a coworker to ask for something they keep Running away from costumers very disrespectful of their side of they don’t like working in brico maybe they should be doing another job where they like and not be uhelpful in very place they suposed to be helping
