I checked out today. This is my third time staying here (before numa took over). The communal wc was dirty and somebody left a big waterbottle. There was also a thick layer of dust under the bed. Overall a good experience although the hygiene and cleaning used to be better

It is one of those hotels you pick because they have parking lots and then you learn they don’t (they have no space available). If you give parking spaces to a limited amount of guests, please specify so. We lost an hour looking for a parking lot and paid 50€! Bonus: We didn’t get the PIN before our check-in and that took another hour to convince the hotel and get in the room (as they also don’t have a reception). Edit: Thanks to the hotel for caring.

We loved our stay here. It’s well designed, spacious and family friendly. Our toddler had enough space to crawl around and play and they provided a crib for free. Also, we loved the digital check-in. Parking was also super convenient. Location is superb, very central and with amenities like 2 grocery stores nearby, several restaurants and cafes. Finally, online communication and support was superb. We will definitely be back!

We had the best stay with our toddler. Everything very childproof designed. Central location and good service. We will definitely visit other Numa locations in Europe when travelling.

This hotel has been the best of my trip to Europe. It is reasonably new and is a fully self check in style of accommodation. The room was well appointed. I couldn’t think of anything extra they could have provided. They provide lockers for early check in or late check out. The contact with their service centre is via WhatsApp. Still when I had an issue with a tv remote, a person was at my door within 30 minutes. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the central train station and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Definitely a place to stay in Antwerp

Very nice place to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment with terrace. Quiet, good beds, good showers, well equipped. The only downside: The cleaning service. They had forgotten a big black bag of garbage in one of the bathrooms, probably more than a week earlier, as it smelled horribly. We requested the floor cleaned and nothing happened. Also, toilet paper refilling took two days and numerous chats via WhatsApp. Otherwise a fine place.

My experience started with a bit of a hiccup, as I wanted to leave my luggage before the check in, so as to explore the city. But the main door cannot open without the code you get at check in and the doorbell was defect... I was lucky, as a lady opened the door from the inside and let me in. Weird concept for a hotel. The room was the absolute highlight of my stay, as it had everything someone would need (ironing board, washing machine, full kitchen except for a microwave). Some of the kitchen tools seemed damaged though (a pan with visible scratches that definitely needs replacement). The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the cleaning. I would find large hair of various colours in places of the apartment (in the bath towel,on the ironing board etc) which left me wondering how clean everything was in the room in the first place. But overall, a great experience

We are very pleased that we chose this for our accommodation on a long weekend trip to Antwerp. The apartment was well sized, comfortable, very clean and very well appointed. Showers were great and we all slept well in the comfy beds. The location is excellent if you are travelling by train, being a 5 minute walk from the station. And it is only about 10 minutes walking from the cathedral area, whilst also being close to a tram interchange. So perfect for getting around this compact city. There is a Lidl supermarket virtually next door, and many places to eat around the station. There are good luggage storage lockers available, and the (remote - there is no one on site) staff were helpful when we stupidly got all our cases locked in one (it was our fault, but we'd only had about 4 hours sleep).

Terrific apartment! It has all the amenities that you need, Nespresso with pods, dishwasher with pods, washing machine with detergent (square pods under sink), the microwave is also an oven, good size fridge & freezer, plus many more. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower, which is desirable, and body wash and shampoo in the shower. The location is great, within walking distance to everything in the city center and a nearby underground parking garage. The only thing it doesn't have is a bathtub, but not a big deal at all
