The owner does it upmost best to make you feel at home. Lovely garden and view. Nice terras on the first floor to chill in the evening. Great discovery of some local breakfasts tastes (if you ask). Bikes arranged on demand.

Stayed at this place during a family trip to Anuradhapura. We booked the entire house which can accommodate around 10-12 person. It's a newly built house with clean spacious rooms. Couple of rooms having a nice view of green paddy fields. Bathrooms were also clean. Really appreciate the hospitality from the owner niluk and his wife nadeeka and the manager. They have arranged us the breakfast which was quite convenient for us. Can recommend the place to anyone..

Wonderful location and rooms! We had the entire house via Airbnb and it was amazing. Sarath (the onsite manager) was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this to anyone traveling with a family or large group!

Place is good and clean. Nice views . If you go for self cooking sorry this is not the place . The owner is friendly but the care taker always sitting in the middle of lounge area like a dark scary statue. That was quite uncomfortable . Other facilities were quite good.

It’s really nice clean, calm and quiet place. Back side of the building has beautiful paddy field. I like it very much. Owner and the staff provided good service. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Lovely home style stay with very scenic setting. The sunrise over the paddy field is a sight to be seen. Rooms and washrooms very clean. Ac and hotwater available and the kitchen is pretty much self serving. Great place to relax with family.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, no hard rules, supportive, even he arranged a separate room for our driver on request, allowed us for late checkout since we got late to have our breakfast, there are nearby good restaurants too

One of the best places I’ve ever been to. Rooms were exactly as shown in web site. The Owner Niluk and his Manager was very friendly. Surrounding area is very beautiful with green nice field view. Be carefull with your belongings ,lost an expencive mobile accessory .stayed there last weekend . Found out item is missing only after we left the place. We have noticed someone had entering our rooms while we were away from the property .we thought it was for cleaning Contacted the owner yesterday night but the responce was pretty poor. So be careful if you are planning to stay at this place.🤔

We stayed in this place for one night, from 22 July to 23 July 2023 and experienced a terrible night over there. Even though we booked the entire villa, the person who was at the reception wanted to stay with us for the night. As we did not expect this and wanted our privacy, we requested him to leave the place for us. He was a very adamant and inflexible man and did not leave the place until the owner of the villa rang him from Colombo to leave. Finally, he agreed to leave. But It took one hour to make him convince to leave us. Later in the evening, we left the place and came around at 9 pm. As soon as our bus was near the villa, we noticed that there was a blackout in the villa. However, I also came to know that the neighbours, including the roadside lights, were working well. We informed the owner, who lived in Colombo, about this situation, and he could not resolve it. He said that the electricity might come within an hour as there was road work occurring at that time. The man from the reception did not answer our call. The electricity was not returned, and the owner could not provide us with even a generator. We all, including a little baby (4 months old) in our group, suffered the entire night due to the dark and hot environment, and we all could not sleep throughout the night. We kept the windows open, but still, it was very humid and hot. Mosquitoes were all around the villa. We experienced a very horrible experienced night. The place also was not cleaned properly, especially the bathrooms. I have photos to upload.
