Nice and clean place to stay. Pool is not big. But well enough for a family. Food was delisious. There were two in staff and they were very friendly & helpful. Really appreciate the service. Thank you..

Great place to stay in Anuradapura! The family that runs this place is very helpful and welcoming, you can rent bikes for your exploration around the temple grounds. Not to mention the breakfast is bomb!

We only stayed one night at the property. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very large and clean and there was enough storage space for our clothes. The room could youse some renovations (dirty/wet walls/dirty windows). The pool and breakfast were really great.

Super friendly hosts. They are preparing the most delicious breakfast! The rooms are very clean and ours had a nice little balcony. They also prepared take away breakfast at 5am in the morning when we were heading to a safari. The parkibg area, pool and terrace are gorgous. We would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Amazing place where to stay in! The family running it are very helpful and nice, always smiling. They offer a super nice breakfast ans nice food options. The location is great, you have a bus stop 10 minutes walking and you walk surrounded by maize and rice fields. Very recommendable! The rooms are very nice also, there is ac and everything is very clean.

This place is not suitable if you want to have fun. You cannot sleep peacefully due to bad room quality. I dont suggest this place to anyone. I hated how the owner and the managers treated the customers. THIS PLACE IS A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT. Never go here.

The place is located in a peaceful surrounding & it's familly running business and you can have a friendly service there. It's a clean & tidy place. By pre request you can have delicious meals too. Pickme services in this area is poor in this area.

Everything was perfect. our family stayed one night there. Rooms , bed linens were super cleaned. This couple giving extra care and attentions to the guest. Super helpful. Highly recommended.

This family is amazing and will do everything for you. I’ve been really sick in my first night (food poisoning) and they took care of me as their own, bringing me to the doctor, getting some food. They are the nicest people. You can ask them about the visites that you should do and they will be glad to inform you and will recommend some tuktuk driver to accompany you.

I had a wonderful stay at Andorra Tourist Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the delicious food made my experience even better. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a great night's rest, and the hotel's proximity to Anuradhapura city was convenient. The mini pool was a refreshing bonus, and the availability of bicycles added an exciting dimension to exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Me and my partner stayed here and I have no complaints. The owner is super helpful and the staff that works there are so polite! The rooms are super clean and the wifi works really well and the pool is super clean as well ! For the price it’s definitely worth it and won’t have any better! Was also skeptical at first looking at some negative reviews but it was evident that these reviews were done by the same group of people so anyone checking this don’t second guess the place ! Highly recommend it !

I have recently had a stay here at Andorra. It was super great due to their hospitality ( letting us stay there as our own home and always helping us with whatever we wanted ) . So, I would like to recommend this place for anyone to stay during your visit in Anuradhapura. Thank you Andorra!

I repeat to you that we actually asked for Room 2 and we paid extra for both. We actually had only 6 adults and a 4 year old child. If you do not see your eyes, go to the eye doctor. When you are respected, do not talk to us unnecessarily. I confirm this hotel is not suitable for accommodation. When we went to that hotel, the village was disgusting. (Gold on top but brass on the bottom.)

The worst hotel I have stayed in. Not comfortable bed rooms. no bed sheets. Bad service I have ever experinced. Hot water wihout pressure. Treated overall horribly. baddest experience ever. They were disrespecting us in front of other people. i DONOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

very bad customer service. They complain for nothing. This was a remarkable day of our life but they ruined all our happiness. Ms. Deepika and Mr. Pradeep were the managers. And owner Mr. Chinthaka called us in late night and disturbed us all the time with fake complains even when we were sleeping. They are very cunning. We left that place in the first light. The bed was very uncomfortable and There was no bedsheet or duet we were shivering all the night. They said they have a good pool but it is like a pond. Very disgusting place I don't recommend this place.JUST DON’T GO!!!!!!!!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff was very disrespectful. We went to enjoy the time with friends. But we were treated very badly they treated us like trash. They wasted our time. They told us to enjoy the swimming pool but when we went downstairs they have switched all the lights and locked the place. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Very friendly couple who took good care of us. The rooms were all clean and extremely comfortable. Food was home cooked and delicious. You can experience a very homely feeling staying here.

We were promised that we could enjoy our day and we could use the pool area. But once we arrived the destination we were treated badly and they gave us fake complaints every time. And there were a lot of misconceptions from the first moment we talked to them since they gave us wrong information. I'm also having a hotel but this is not the way to treat the guests. We are extremely disappointed. We went with so much expectations to enjoy the day since it was a very important day of our life but it was just a waste of our valuable time and money. I do not recommend this place for anyone at all.It was just a nightmare on that night to me.JUST DON'T VISIT THIS PLACE!

Welcoming staff and clean spacious rooms. Parking available for only one vehicle . The location is convenient as it's close to Jaffna junction which is a central point . Food provided is pretty basic and you'd be better off exploring other places for meals.

Food can be rated as 5. Very Clean. Staff also very helpful and they care all the guests very well.

the rest was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable , nice views. Food was delicious.staff was pretty good,The room had a nice view. the hotel is near to the Anuradpura visiting places. Easily can go there. It was really fun.had a great experience.The pool was very clean and soft.I felt so peaceful.Highly recommend. for Clam healthy mind. It is nice place to relax.

Great location. Just 4-5 minutes drive to sacred city. Ideal for family trips. Swimming pool is little bit small but well enough to enjoy with kids. On site cook prepares tasty meals for a reasonable price.

A beautiful place which can spent the holiday with the family. Property is managing well clean & tidy. The manager (Mr.Pradeep) rendered us a superb service when we were there for a holiday 2 weeks ago. The chef also friendly & flexible gentlemen who can prepare delicious food as our requirement. Actually this place is a home away home. Hope to visit @ next time too👍
