VERY BAD STAFF. I reserved some rooms by paying an advance to them. After payment they said no rooms available. So I asked them to refund the money. They didn't refunded it even after makings several calls to them. Now they don't answer my calls too. Avoiid this cunning people as much as possible.

Recommended. One star for service. Initially we advance and booked a room with three beds. When we go there they said that is not available at that moment. Consider that before booking.

If you're lucky you can book a room with the lake view, friendly staff and reasonable price. Clean & Neat Rooms, confy beds and easy to move around as it's in the middle of the town itself. Best option if you taking public transport as the New Town Bus Stand is just few metres away.

I stayed here two days..This is wonderful place in everything..Room and bathroom are very clear..Rooms are very large..We have enough space to stay free...Have lots of facilities.. Staff is very friendly,kind and helpful ...When we go to upstairs,we can see the nice lake near this..Highly recommended this place..Great service...If I go Anuradapura again,definitely i stay here..

Very bad staff. I called earlier and they said they have everything but when we went to the place they didn't even provide us with the morning tea. No bedsheets u have to bring ur own. No basic toiletries. Very noisy at night. But the view is good though. One star for AC.

Very good service and a nice place to stay. AC was very good. The lighting is also very good. Amazing view of the lake nearby and safe parking.

It was a great experience to stay at Lake City Resort, which provided accommodation with exceptional service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and safe stay at Anuradhapura. Good Luck!

Visited in Aug '20 for a short stay. This is a very good location. Very clean and species rooms. Good to stay with family. Not enough parking space but there is person to oversea the vehicles even in the night. Have a large restaurant on top floor with a nice view of Kubichchan kulama tank.

A good place to stay if you are visiting Anuradhapura. There is a friendly staff with kind service. You can get rooms here with or without AC. You do not have to make a meal commitment here.

A great place to stay nearby Koobichchankulama Lake Anuradhapura. It's situated in the right middle of Anuradhapura New Town. So within minutes, you can go anywhere you like. The place has a great view of Koobichchankulama Lake and if you can go to the top floor dining area you can see all the main religious places in Anuradhapura including Ruwanweliseya, Siluminaseya, Abayagiriya and Jethawanaramaya. I have stayed nearly a month at this great place. It's low cost but a high-quality place that can be booked by both foreigners and local travelers.

Unfortunately we was find this hotel,,the hotel owner was super kind.just one phone called he gave us lake viwe room with extra bed for my daughter. The receptionist (uncle) his very polite hospitality. Super good place when you travel to anuradhapura,,you must stay one night Defently we will back to this place.
