terrible service. With a host that treats her own customers like trash, asking us to leave our shoes at the entrance, where they could easily get stolen, asking us to not change the channels on the television facilities although they clearly pay for more than the PEO TV's home channel (probably for their enjoyment), refusing to provide us with the bedsheets we required to cover ourselves, fighting with us when we asked for the Wi-Fi password for the Wi-Fi facilities she herself advertised, going as far to asking us to leave 2 hours prior to the time we PAID and AGREED ON so she could accommodate more customers, then cutting our water when we refused. The way she treated us was absolutely disgusting and we would never return on any condition.

Recommend all who wants to stay close to town for Buddhist rituals -pooja and for easy travel purpose. There are eight rooms available with attached bathrooms with Air Conditioning and hot water facility. Good comfortable beds and rooms with bathrooms are clean and tidy. Ample parking facility.Very reasonable room rates too.

Rude host, Poor service, false advertising. A bad experience, in a nutshell. They asked us to leave our footwear at the door, and didn't take responsibility when one of them got lost. They say they provide WiFi, but restrict their customers from using it any form or way, whatsoever. They used their low prices as a bargaining tool, when we confronted them on their hideous behaviour. The worst part is they didn't even provide us with the bed sheets they advertise. We finally had enough when they asked us to leave 2 hours earlier than the check out time we previously agreed on. They even had the agreed checking out time in writing, plastered in horrible English across the doors, including other restrictions like NOT BIENG ABLE TO CHANGE THE TV CHANNELS! An absolute nightmare. Wouldn't dream of recommending to another person.

Nice place located not far from the ancient town of Anuradhapura. Totally worth for the price. Very satisfied about all the facilities including air conditioned rooms and hot water supply. Owners are very friendly and overall a pleasant place to stay.

The staff was very unfriendly and rude to the customers. There was a problem with the water supply but they tried to get the advantage from the customers by raising the price at the end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The staff does not know how to run the hotel properly.

Unfriendly staff. Very bad facilities. Threatened us to leave, or the owner would cut our water and break our belongings. Tried to get her husband to attack us. A very frightening experience.

It was a great place in Anuradhapura , and we stay for a day. We got two rooms and both rooms were perfect . Service also best with nice staff.. Overall i can recommend for anyone to visit Pinidiya Resort . Thank you. Greetings from Suneth .

Loved it.. Owner lady is very friendly. Clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning. Parking available. Prices are really reasonable. Highly recommended.

Purposefully built valuable resort in Anuradhapura. Very clean and quiet accommodation. Ideal for pilgrims to stay overnight and rest after all religious work. Good place for tourists. Very safe and secured. staff are friendly

Rude host, so many restrictions. She is thinking we are staying there free.

Rooms are clean, however pls note the bellow points that we experienced. 1) No towels provided 2) No soaps provided inthe toilets 3) Hotel charged us 10% service fee top of room charges agreed(This was not mentioned at the time agreeing room charges. ) 4) The only extra services we ordered was morning tea which they Charged Rs90/- per cup( the tea was good) 5) One bedroom's toilet flush stopped working. We forgot to informed it to the hotel. They phoned and blamed me saying that we broke it. Very unhappy about it.

Pinidiya Resort is truly a home away from home. The warm hospitality of the staff makes the stay a very pleasant one. 10/10 for room cleanliness. The rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for both tourists and locals.
