I'm
a
frequent
traveler.
This
place
was
the
worst
places
of
all
the
places
i
have
been.
Bathrooms
were
not
clean
and
taps
work
occasionally.
Bed
sheets
were
not
changed.
There
were
hair
all
over
the
bed
sheet.
On
top
of
that
service
was
the
worst.
When
we
complain
about
the
A/C
not
working
properly,
he
was
yelling
at
us
saying
thats
all
they
can
provide.
Not
recommend
to
go
there!!

here.....
First
of
all,
donβt
tell
that
we
stole
your
bed
sheets
or
pillow
cases
because
we
bought
our
own
bed
sheets
and
few
extra
pillows
since
there
were
children.
We
came
on
a
pilgrimage
and
we
donβt
want
to
steal
your
pillows.
Further,
like
I
said
in
the
feedback,
there
were
hair
on
the
bed
when
we
first
arrived,
and
we
were
disgusted
to
use
those.
So,
we
used
our
own
pillows
and
bed
sheets.
This
is
not
a
wrong
comment,
and
this
is
what
I
have
experienced.
Yes,
we've
booked
for
15
people
with
a
down
payment
of
7500
LKR.
But
it's
normal
to
have
extra
people
and
we
asked
for
extra
room
for
them.
You
got
quite
a
big
business
there.
If
you
haven't
had
available
rooms,
we
could
have
found
another
hotel
nearby.
We
paid
and
stayed
there.
Not
that
we
stayed
at
the
hotel
for
free!!!
On
AC
thing,
we
know
how
to
use
the
AC
remote
and
the
fact
is
that
when
we
said
that
the
AC
is
not
enough,
your
in-charge
person
yelled
at
us.
We
paid
and
stayed
not
that
you
gave
us
rooms
for
free.
And
I
can
see
you
never
apologies
to
us
or
you
are
not
even
sorry
for
your
customers.
Further,
you
were
not
there
when
your
in-charge
person
yelling
at
us
and
he
was
a
total
disaster
to
be
an
in-charge
person.
First
teach
him
how
to
talk
with
good
manners
for
people
who
are
paying
and
staying
at
a
hotel.
No
need
of
arguing
with
a
person
like
you
and
let
the
travelers
decide
the
reality.
People
can
see
how
arrogant
you
are
with
a
comment
like
this
and
they
can
judge
how
arrogant
your
hotel
staff
was.
