Owner lady treats and speaks to customers like they're staying there for free. The place is beautiful, the rooms are good but the corridors are full of stinks of dead animals and toilets. However, the minor staff are so friendly, super helpful and kind. I'm giving just 2 star because of the behaviour of the owner lady. Otherwise I would've given a better one.

I have stayed here for 3 nights, the room was just very ordinary and the ventilation was very bad. The room’s floor got all wet and never got dry due to that. Room was full of mosquitos but they had nets inside the room. We were given an Expired vaporizer which is not acceptable at all. There were 2 beds in the room but one bed was not enough for 2 people. So if a couple comes in they will have to sleep on separate beds with separate nets. Some switches were not working and broken. Our room had a live wire openly hanging on the room. Parking was small. They had a restaurent but I did not used it. Staff was friendly except the middle aged lady who was there. You cannot even prepare a tea for yourself as they will not allow. Room rate was 2500/= LKR which was not worth it.

Good service and calm place near to sri maha bodhiya at anuradhapura , cheap price.But no hot water and tv.sugest get the bill before leaving .

It was really bad experience. We stayed only one night. But they charged for two nights. As l am also work at hotel, I would know what is rules of the hotels. There is room also in bad condition. Not really satisfied of this Hotel.

Wash rooms are not clean. No plag points for changing cameras or mobile phones. A/C not enough cool. Bad place to stay😢😢

We visited anuradhapura last week; it was an awful place. We were initially told by them that they do have the resources to provide meals to us. Unfortunately, as we went there, we discovered that they were no longer employing anyone (no kitchen staff and housekeeping staff). Literally, the place stinks. You should also be aware that the flushing system in their room number 6 is completely broken.

Really atmospheric and friendly. Not at all luxurious and it needs maintenance, but a gem nevertheless. Great food. And it has mosquito nets, which I've found surprisigly rare so far.

Very good place to stay in Anuradhapura, near to Sri maha bodiya , helpful staff and delicious foods , reasonable price , clean rooms, beautiful garden and calm and quiet place ,

Very bad service.Experienced a really dissapointed atmosphere there.room was not clean.dinning area was very dirty can't even eat there and there was a shanthikarma at night so we are unable to sleep at least an hour.mosquitoes were everywhere.They provided a tea but i dont think any human can drink that.Highly discouraged to stay there.

This place is near to religious places in anuradhapura.But the dining tables are very dirty.We only have 2 plugs. Also one plug is circled. The staff is very kind.
