Good atmosphere. Nice location near to malwathu oya. Good food and friendly staff. Prices also somewhat reasonable. A nice place to have drink.

We've come here twice for dinner. It's a very calm place amidst the trees with a view of the river and buzzing bird life all around (there are some monkeys too, playing in the trees but they were not the usual ones, quite shy and didn't get close; and in the morning you can supposedly see a crocodile in the river sometimes). The food was excellent with good price for value. Attentive and friendly staff. So maybe one of the best places to go if you want to escape the noisy and dusty streets of the town.

Actually there’s a nice atmosphere to hang out with friends to have a drink while a chat. Place have a beautiful surround with a river flows beyond the hotel. Im highly recommend don’t jump to river because in there crocodiles infested in those waters. Foods are delicious. I personally recommend mix grill dish because it’s worth the price and it’s delicious. This place got BYOB there fore you can bring liquor without a problem.

Worst room wer given no lights fan working only full speed.. no one cares whts happening ther wer no care takers to speak no proper organization for any thing.. wast of money .

Nice quiet location away from the city. Staff was friendly and our experience was made special by being offered a canoe to row for 20 min in the river that the restaurant sits adjacent to. Dishes were mostly average tasting Sri Lankan fare. Recommend the mango lassi. Only complaint is that the process of ordering and getting our food was very slow. Watch out for mosquitoes as it is next to the river.

Just WOW !!! This was by far one of the best locations that I have stayed at in terms of the view. The view was mesmerizing overlooking the beautiful green mountains. The experience at the hotels was great as well. The staff was courteous and helpful. I wish they repair the road leading to the hotel. The food was awesome as well. I wish they were a bit more flexible with the check out times since I wanted to use their massage facilities on premises. Overall an experience to remember

This is nice place. The hotel is located in river bank of Malwathu Oya. The banquet hall was very hot. You can enjoy with your foods and drinks on river bank.
