Sadly the worst place ever. Double rooms are pathetic. Toilet walls were full of dirt. bidet shower was covered with black stains. When complained ther owner/caretaker lady said that stains are due to aging. I showed her that those stains are from lack of cleaning and can be removed. She agreed to change the bidet shower. Electrical points were halfway melted. Rooms are not sound proof as mentioned. Booked through booking.com and owner tried to avoid paying booking.com fees by saying we never stayed at their property. Mosquitoes and Large flies inside room. Dirty linen and dirty walls. I really doubt how others gave high ratings on their reviews.

After reading the reviews in Google we booked this place for one night.2 double rooms. sadly we were shocked to see the reality of this place. rooms are filled with mosquitoes .and few flies. frogs are inside the room. very dirty bidet shower in the bathroom. pillows are dirty as hell which was covered with a pillow case. yellow patches in the bedsheet. very dirty curtains. burnt plug points on the wall . from morning 1 am we are awake due to shouting of some people who have come to get dressed for their wedding. we couldn't sleep at all.the worst hotel we stayed ever.theres no hygiene at all. we informed the owner lady that the bidet shower is dirty.she came inside and tried to wash it but still the dirt is all over.and we requested to replace a one where she replaced a another bidet shower. only plus point was good AC cooling. very disappointed of this place .will never recommend this to anyone.

Clean, tasty rooms with aircon. The owner joseph and his family are very friendly hosts and gave us a warm welcome. The organized bicycles for us within 1 hour. Delicious local food too. Recommend!

Place is located after going through a narrow road and take a right turn. So bit hard to locate. Even from the main road. Place is a little bit compact. Rooms are in good condition. A/C rooms. There are about 6 rooms; double and family. Not sure how many tho. Parking place is also compact. So may face some problems. Friendly people

The apartment is very clean and properly arranged. Also located in a convinient place and it's worth value for money. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Highly recommended

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Well maintained rooms. Prefer large size wash room with proper ventilation.

This place is quite near to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya, the sacred Bodhi tree in Sri Lanka. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was ideal location.

Good place to stay. Close to the Anuradhapura town.
