Good place for a family. Not a Lux place bathrooms are clean. I cant say rooms are clean because beds are not so clean ,dusty. If you are planning to stay there definitely get your own bedsheets.otherwise everything is good . Owner is very friendly and helpful. These days , tuktuk drivers charge rs 500 to go to sri maha bodhiya.

Good hotel for the price! Rooms are clean and it’s close the Main Street. What makes to experience 5 stars is the friendliness of the owner! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend We stay here for two rooms and service is the best In Anuradapura. Nearby to ruwanwelimahaseya and Tuk Tuk service is also good. The owner is friendly and best of luck

The website says free cancelation. We had booked july 9 and 10 and it is only still June 28th we tried to cancel the booking as due to current petrol diesel issue we are unable to continue the pilgrim. They refused to return the funds saying they had several bookings. Even though our booking was only few days may be maximum two weeks if at all. We called many other places to see whether they have bookings and was told no place is having any bookings and placed that had any also was cancelled due to no petrol and govenment asking ppl to stop unnecessary travel.

Best budget guest house in Anuradhapura. Comfy beds, good location, super friendly and helpful owner. Room was really clean and nice and quiet. Stayed here 3 times now and every time is the same.

Owner was incredibly friendly, ordering the pizza for me, letting me use the fridge, checking i was ok and generally very friendly. Room was nice and had a beautiful garden to relax in. Very well situated too.

:( - Rooms & wash rooms are not clean. Very poorly maintained 🤬Bad smell coming from the room. Floor tiles leaks the water. Bed linens were not changed. Spider nets every where. Even I found the mouse droppings on the beds. 🤮Not worth for the money. Not recommended, Not at all. :) - Owner is friendly and helpful. Other than that nothing to be positive
