We
have
made
the
reservation
from
24th
to
26th
for
two
nights,
one
triple
basis,
checking
was
delayed
more
than
35
minutes
due
to
room
was
not
ready
at
3.00pm,
although
we
arrived
to
hotel
on
confirmation
for
room
was
ready
for
us.
When
checked
into
the
room
we
knew
that
all
towels
and
pillows
are
fully
wasted
and
not
in
usable
conditions,
only
two
sets
of
towels
and
pillows
were
available,
although
we
have
paid
for
triple
reservation.
It
was
terrible,
very
old
AC,
no
cooling
at
all
and
unbearable
noise
in
the
room
,
no
Hotwater
in
bathrooms,
no
Wi-Fi,
TV
at
the
room,
but
not
working,
says
some
issues
in
signal
or
connectivity,
had
a
power
cut
then
no
electricity
until
CEB
power
restored,
only
few
lights
worked
on
generators.
Although
food
was
not
in
3
stars
quality,
restaurants
services
were
in
very
good
with
trainees
from
a
hotels
school,
thanks
for
them
and
F&B
department.
When
come
to
checkout,
it
was
delayed
more
than
38
minutes,
since
cashier
was
not
available
at
the
premises.
Front
office
staff
was
trying
several
times
to
refused
HSBC
VISA
payments
and
asking
cash
payments,
although
VISA
and
any
mode
of
payments
are
accepted
in
reservation
DOC.
Itβs
my
understanding,
Ceylon
Tourist
Board
should
do
reevaluate
on
3
starts
category
of
the
hotel,
any
guests
or
clients
should
not
be
penalized
at
this
type
of
hotels,
no
value
for
money
at
all
for
services
and
food
quality.
