Today I came to see an ENT surgeon. When I phoned in the morning for a booking they told me that the doctor would come at 5:00 PM. Then I came to the place at around 5:00 pm. Now the time is 6:30 PM. I don't know why? The frequently given answer is that there is an emergency case in the hospital. It's not true to me. The doctor may be attending the patients somewhere else 😂 So, we have to suffer here. There are many problems that we people have to face. Some have come from far away places. Then they may have transport difficulties. So I request you to give a particular time to patients as Colombo hospitals do.

It was very pathetic to see a hospital behaves in this manner during the pandemic. I was there at the hospital for a doctor's appointment and during the pandemic, I didn’t see the hospital is following up on safety measurements. No one-meter distance was there. From the cashier point to the patients waiting area no social distance was practiced or proper safety measurements were taken. Management is keen on earning money only not looking to build a sustainable business I guess. The doctor's appointment was at 4 and the doctor came at 5:45 PM. No one cares about their customer's time. If you want you to come and get it done. But pay me. That’s the attitude. Nurses aren’t supportive at any cost. My experience is by going to a General hospital patients can get a better service and experience.

One of the leading private hospitals in the area,and it's a good one. Quality of the customer service varies from time to time. They do provide a good service and care. They also have private rooms for patients.

Call answering ladies never support to customers. They cut phone call before fulfilling customer's need. Horrible expirence. Had several times. Need to teach them what the customer satisfaction is and how to deal with customers for all staff Also not connected with any e-channeling website, but they ask to pay and channel doc before the doctor arrival for some doctors. But in busy shedules, it's very hard for coming to the hospital only for a simple booking. Lot of horrible expiriences

Very bad service to the patients. Waste patients valuable time and money. Staff workers not polite to patients specially reception and cashier. Worst hospital in Anuradhapura. Government hospital have fast service than this hospital. Advised you to not to go for this useless hosptal

The hospital looks clean but doctors' punctuality is zero and the hospital doesn’t have a clear mechanism to inform doctors' arrival time to the patients. Supporting the nursing staff's attitude is wrong. Waited for a hours time and when the doctor arrived supporting nurse came and requested to buy some medicines urgently. Unfortunately, the hospital pharmacy is out of stock and had to go out and purchase the same. I hope the management will look this kinda small stuff very seriously.

Poor customer service, atleast they are not responding to calls, they are not answering calls daytime also. How they can treat patients. Before all hire quality staff.

One of the worst channeling center staff. I paid for a appointment and next day I got a sms changing the appointment time(3 hours early). Then I called them to confirm it and they said doctor has cancelled the appointment. Then I have schedule an another appointment for the same doctor from another hospital. After few minutes they again called me and told doctor is available. I feel staff is not responsible at all and trying to put the blame on to the doctor.

very bad service To the patiant, I could not belived how they had done it. My wife met Dr. Athulathmudali, who is peditartian consultants of anuradhapure , met him suwashanthi hospital. He prescribed to get some medicine for my wife and we could not find that medicine in whole Anuradhapure town all pharmacies told that that medicine hadn’t had in their pharmacies . Thus some pharmacy told that medicine would come after two weeks three weeks but we could not find that .Then we went in colombo and i could not find it. As far as i told to suwashanthi that i had wanted to write substitute medicine from Dr. Athulathmudali but they said that we had to have pay to new channel session to meet doctor. Very bad decisions suwashanthi, u must change your rules and regulations in this critical situation in our country ,since people havent public taransport services , diesel petrol etc .people cannot resolve their problems quickly , fucku

Best place in Anuradhapura. Most of the doctors available in this place. Price were less than other also. only place open in 24hrs. Better customer service than earlier. Thanks you.

Such an irresponsible behaviour from the staff. No cordination at all between sections. Patients had to waste their time in this pandemic situation. Dusgusting attutudes from the staff. The hospital may be sophisticated, but the admin should definitely check these reveiws and take actions. We pay and come, its not for free. At least provide satisfactory service for the amount we pay for the hospital.

We came with a bit of an emergency, there we no patients as it was day prior to Sinhala & Tamil new year. The doctor gave polite advice for my issue & the Pretty young nurse whom checked my Blood plesure & Suger was so kind and A warm thank too her. Do not know her name but she is an Angle (the look also) Thank you!! We had to pay only Rs. 300/-

Today I was make an appointment to the Pediatrician.they told me the time is 5.00PM.But Doctor not came on time.I call the channelling center 4times before i come to the center.but they told me Doctor was not arrived.Again i call them 6.30PM they told me doctor was arrived.i came to the hospital at 6.45PM with my one week baby.BUT staff told me doctor was left.They havent any sms alert system or Calling system for Doctor Arrived & left time.
