Went to do some scans around 9 to 10 in the morning and the staff member informed that about half an hour need to wait to start scans. However when the scans were complete time is near 2PM. Time is very important to everyone. As a reputed organisation Vision Care must be very mindful of wasting customer time. Saw that same experience was had by some other customers too. If the delivery can’t made on time it must be informed properly. However sad case is some of the scans are only done in Vision Care in Anuradhapura. Apart from above incident service is ok. Hope this will be only one time mistake.
