A very nice and quiet place for relaxing. It's not very close to Anuradhapura sacred city but it's fine. Really helpful and kind staff. There's a well maintained garden and playing area for kids. Very reasonable price. We stayed in a family room and it was very clean and comfortable. Recommended. 👍

Best budget place to stay at anuradhapura, with excellent service.

Fantastic place, great attention to detail inside the cottage and the surrounds. Hosts are so welcoming too. Only bad side is a bit far from the historic site, even though they have bicycles so is not such a problem.

We loved the room and the place here. It was clean, very comfortable, so that we enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Thank you so much!

Stayed two nights in 2018 December. New rooms. Kind of a hideout. Not much of deep views but defenitly a well maintained garden and clean rooms. Great resting place for a night. Two separate annexes. Good staff with great service. F&B are OK. Great place for a budget stay in anuradhapura as it is not far from the sacred city.

The best place near Mihintale and Anuradhapura. We had been very well, the owners family is very kind and the food is incredible. Quality price brilliant. We'll going to repit!! ;)

Not bad place… well clean

This accomodation is located 7 kilometers away from the city centre, in a calm environment. Rooms are just fine, there is mold in rooms you can feel the smell when you enter. Accomodation price is reasonable but if you are ordering foods other than bed and breakfast, I would say prices are bit high for foods for extra meals. This place is totally safe. Service is good.

It is a bit hard to rate this accommodation. Unfortunately they have a problem with humidity in the rooms and mold in the bathroom. You smell it when you enter the room and see it on the walls. But still we give 4 stars overall because the service is worth more than 5 stars. Especially the mother, who runs the kitchen and the service, is a great and very polite host. We got extremely good breakfast and dinner and a welcome drink. I really hope they do something about the room condition, then is is absolutely perfect.
