Brilliant idea. Government owned premises where catering done by group of village women. About 10 live cooking stations going on for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All serving one or few kinds completely different real traditional Sri Lankan Food. All prepared in authentic manner using home grown grain or vegetable. Vegetarian only. Real Healthy food. You can serve from all stations and pay later to each. Unmatched combinations and variations from mains to sweets.

Amazing Srilankan food...

Food is Ok. But They don't serve to the table and they don't sell water bottles. They don't serve tisues.They have filtered water in a corner but only few cups to drink water. It's definitely not enough for the crowed that it attracts. No cooling fans there. Must be so hot in the day time. We were there for breakfast.

I recently visited Hela Bojun Hala (හෙල බොජුන් හල), the Department of Agriculture in Anuradhapura, and I was very pleased with what I found. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The grounds were also quite impressive, with lush vegetation and plenty of wildlife. I was able to purchase some seeds and plants that I needed for my garden, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for agricultural products or advice.
