Highly recommended.!!! We stayed two nights & we literally had a wonderfull experience for a reasonable price. They served everything we wanted. Owner Manoj & his wife and all the staff members were so kind & friendly. The service was amazing. Nothing to complain about. Rooms are clean. Food was super delicious. They have arranged a special christmas dinner buffet on 24th Dec with calipso. All the places are nearby. Railway station is in walking distance. All the best guys. Keep up the good service 👍😍

The hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained. But extra food we buy are overpriced and one portion of string hopper with dhal curry is like 650. They even don’t give curry when we ask for. Also i had to spend the entire night by smashing the mosquitoes on my 10 month old baby. They don’t have mosquito nets in the rooms. When i told this to owner he was like madam you should have asked for mosquito nets. C mon who the hell knows that they breed mosquitoes there. It was like that in our room.i am certainly not recommending and also not going there again Also he doesn’t know how to react to customers who gives feedback on them. They try to show that we are lying. We just want to give a honest feedback and I don’t want anyone else with a baby to have this hassel and also his super overpriced food menu

We visited on December vacation. Really nice place. Room was very clean. Near to Railway station and the Religious place. Good hospitality. Foods were tasty. Hope to visit again.

Have a really good experience with the place, If you’re travel by train and need a comfortable place to stay don’t forget to miss this one. I think this place popular for people who wants to worship. Room was really clean and tidy,had a good dinner.Kiri ahara preparation really nice and on time.100% worth of price. Special thanks to management staff. Only few of places are clean like this place. Keep it up we will visit next year also.👍💯

One of the prefect and greatest place to stay in Anuradhapura. Really close to ANP railway station. And also walking distance to Sri Maha Bodhiya and Ruwanweliseya. I recently stayed at Amuththa Holiday Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was well-connected to public transport, and taxi service(Pickme) making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle.

Very convenient to visit other pilgrims sites.can walk to Sri Mahabhodiya and Ruwanweliseya within 15 min.Spacious rooms . If you want to relax and enjoy, simply don't stay in this place. The house seems nice but it's totally show off. The walls are full of humidity but this is a small issue. We were bitten all night by mosquitoes, even the most modest place in Sri Lanka has mosquito net but not here. We also had a visit of huge coakroachs and frogs! Many frogs at the bathroom (see the pictures). We passed one night with no light at the room. Animals and no light, I felt like camping. The owner is really greedy. Always saying that made a good price. (it was previously agreed not a favour) and the breakfast is really overpriced

We had an excellent stay at Amuththa Resort. The hotel was nicely built and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The owner is extremely helpful going above and beyond to cater to our needs. All the meals were well prepared and very tasty. The resort is located in a calm and quiet place, yet quite close to the town. Can recommend this to anybody.

We had a wonderful experience at Amuththa Resort. It is just 700m from Anuradhapura railway station and walking distance to Clock tower and leading supermarkets, banks & restaurents. From there it is around 1.5 km to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi and 2.5 km to Ruwanweli Seya. Architecturally designed resort located in a calm neighbourhood. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Food was nice. Room rates are resonable. Food you can choose from their menu (felt menu could be improved a bit). Owner Manoj and his wife are making every effort to cater our needs. Overall it was a nice experience I do not hesitate to visit again.

Amuththa Resort is closer to the railway station and most other pilgrim sites. The rooms are clean and new. The staff were very kind and friendly. You can get meals from them and the meals were delicious. They provide everything we asked for. They have bicycles for rent and the price was reasonable. I highly recommended this place to anyone.

This quaint little place is gorgeous. Clean and comfortable. The hosts are beautiful people who are extremely welcoming and accommodating. We came to know about several places from Manoj. The breakfast is really nice too. We stayed during Christmas and it felt like celebrating with our extended family. Definitely staying here again the next time we are in Anuradhapura. Highly recommend it!

One of the best places that I have stayed in Anuradhapura. Very close to Ruwanwelisaya. About 10 mins drive. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Place is located in calm and nice place. Food is very tasty. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Nice and quiet place. Feel like you are at home. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. The bathrooms are also clean and pleasant. 1Km to Pooja Nagaraya. The owner and staff were also very friendly and they helped us to make our Kiri ahara poojawa as well. But it is difficult to find the location through Google Map. So call the owner and he will help you get to the hotel easily.

Had Such a wonderful experience. Not so far from the railway station. And also about 5 min drive to the ruwanwelisaeya. Calm environment and very friendly owners. Very reasonable price and good ac and specious rooms. More of a home environment rather than a hotel stay. Mr manoj the owner will personally attend your needs. If you are looking for a home like environment. This is the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Amuththa, Anuradhapura. Place was clean and homely. Very close to the city and to the pilgrim sites. The owner was very understanding and helpful. Food was great too! Rates are very reasonable its totally worth it. A very comfortable stay.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Anuradhapura. Located in at walking distance from Anuradhapura Railway station. We had a wonderful experience and everything was great at this hotel.. The friendliness makes us feel welcome. There is full of art. Just a charming place. Love the charm of this hotel and the peacefulness. All the meals were really tasty and served well. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Very reasonable price for the facilities.
