The food is not very tasty..the taste is not bad at all.The customer service is friendly.But it takes a long time to serve food. For Chicken Rice, Vegetable Chop / Chillipaste / Chicken Drumstick 01 / Egg Rice Alternatively, you can get a chicken drumstick instead of eggs, sausage, chicken mixed rice / vegetable chop / chili paste. The customer can choose. Egg rice comes with a vegetable chop / chilli paste and egg mixed rice. No extra eggs. Chicken normal fried rice = Rs.400 / =🍗🍛 Egg normal fried rice = Rs.370 / =🍛🍳

Worst foods. Don't care about the customers. It's a hell. Don't waste your time coming here. Worst customer service ever. Even small tea stalls give service more than this. @Charith Diluka hats off to you. You should be the manager, not that blady girls over here.

Bad experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone, Went to buy a packet of fried rice, the staff didn't serve and pack food infront of us, instead preferd to go inside, pack and bring. Once opened, there was no chicken piece, when inquired the lady said chicken mixed fried rice is rs. 650 and when you add the devil chicken piece is also rs.650, but we were not clearly told about it in the first place. The normal fried rice portion consited a few piece of vegetables which can be assumed from the chopsuey, about 1 1/2 tbsp of chilli paste and loads of rice which clearly didn't seems to consist of chicken. Really dissapointing and deceiving place. Bloody cheaters. Selling food in a sacred town like Anuradhapura.

Hello, I had dinner with my family and celebrated my hubby’s birthday. Had the seafood rice with fried rice, it was delicious. Wonderful meal and interesting menu. We especially enjoyed our moment. Thank you HotPot ❤️🇱🇰👌

Foods are very bad.i have ordered one full chicken koththu.they added string hoppers and taste comes only coconut oil,worst koththu I have had ever.

We had extremely nice (spicy!) curries and super fresh Roti. it is a very relaxed place, not too many people. Our waiter Charith Dilapa was super friendly and helpful, we can recommend this place!

We had Sri Lankan breakfast - string hoppers The lake fish curry was out of this world, spicy but so so tasty! Loved the food and the prices are very fair. Staff is very nice and kind specially the female staff is very courteous and humble.

Very bad taste disappointed. I ate this pork curry they added to much vegetables I don't know the name of that vegetable it's spoiling the taste of pork.. also they added so much of carrot and pepper.. very worst dish

Great restaurant in Anuradhapura city area. Foods are good. Customer care is superb. They put a sign as self service but they are doing everything.

The worst food I have ever eaten. DO NOT DESERVE A 🌟 AT ALL. It was a late afternoon and my family was hungry. From the outside the restaurant looks good so we ordered Biriyani and asked specifically we want it hot. Danm 5 mins later food came totally cold. Thought of returning the food but family members were very hungry and they started eating. 😭Any dog food taste better than this garbage. Cold dry tasteless yellow rice with fried chicken leg and an egg. That's not Biriyani. Least they could do was to heat up upon my request. I do not recommend anyone eating here at all. Manager did apologize and gave a discount. But it is not about the money. And management should change the name to COLD POT not HOT POT. මෙලෝ රහක් නෑ මේකේ කෑම කන්න එපා සල්ලි අපරාදේ. පාර අයිනේ පොඩි කඩවල කෑම මීට ගොඩක් හොඳයි.

The good thing is there's plenty of spacing for parking here compared with other restaurants. About food the quantity and quality of the food is satisfactory for the given price compared to the other places.

Nice place to get breakfast Lunch and Dinner. I had best Beaf dish with lunch and there are lot of vegitable items to select from the menue. You can get shorties and can have hot nest tea or nestcafe for break. There are separate place to have smoke.

We were there in the night and we had wait 20 minutes to get out food and it didn't pass our expectations. We ordered chicken fried rice and there was no gravy and the food was very dry. It was a total waste of money. When we ordered food for the next day they were not even prepared. They asked us to wait 15 minutes. That was very low customer satisfaction in my opinion. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANYONE.

Very low standards. Horrible food. From outside looks very nice place misleading but inside and food very low quality. They serve all cold old food. Luckily I didn't get diarrhoea next day. I was expecting that as well. Never recommend to anyone.
