I got very bad experience at this hotel.Rooms not clean and garbage were under the bed. They had not clean room before we come.We stayed FB and they supplied fried rice for lunch and dinner. Poor meals. Highly disappointed.

Location & Foods are good. But Customer service is very bad. They provided Normal tap water for wedding.Also they havent enough staff to serve a crowd. It seems ok for below 100 crowd. If they improve the customer service, this will be the best hotel @ Anuradhapura.

Even though there are some negative comments on google , we selected this hotel for one night and I was happy about that decision as that experience gave us a wonderful feeling. There are some minor repairable areas and some poor maintained areas, but room and the beds are very clean and comfortable. Pool is very user friendly with a nice surroundings. We also know that the entrance road is not good, but the hotel team recommended us to use a separate entrance through a bridge. That was a fantastic experience and we enjoyed a lot. Staff was friendly. I don’t like the dinner, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was good. Hotel structure and the environment was very nice and unique and it’s connected with the nature. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Location is awesome for photo shoots.. Recption hall nice With wooden finish but no AC or Fans 😕 Small parking lot available.

Very supportive staff. We went for a bday photography. We had the lunch in there l. Prices are cheap also.

This place is really nice, but food variations aren't there, we ordered seafood Nasigurang and we barely saw any seafood there, only ice-cream was available for desert.

Not recommended for the celebrating valuable movement at the silver crown. There is no proper responsibility on staffs. And they even haven’t proper control in the their place.. we booked silver crown one week before. At that time they did not inform us to the another party there. The drunkards from the other party they totally messed up our celebration.. It was really awful. When we complained to the staff they didn’t even care about us.. #shame on you silver crown staff..🤮

Since the images are very attractive in the face book, I booked a family room and I visited this hotel with my family to stay a night in last month, but it is not suitable to stay a night with family due to lack of security and traveling difficulties. SO, I suddenly decided to move from this hotel and found another hotel in Anuradhapura and staid a night in that hotel. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel to stay with family due to the above difficulties. so, think twice before booking this hotel otherwise you loose your money (Advance payment) and your valuable time.

I don't recommend this place to anyone.. After we checking into hotel we asked them to arrange a table to had some drinks but they didn't arrange it and staff was not in the hotel ..rooms were not good ac was broken .. only security guy is in the place we asked the security for manger's number he lied and there was a foreign lady she also waited there and she told us she called the silver crown hotel for directions but no one was answering.. Very bad experience in this hotel.

Room was very dirty. Not cleaned properly. full of dust. Under the beds and sides not cleaned for ages. Nice environment, but hotel staff totally neglected their main duties. Food quality and varieties less than average.

They put plastic and glass bottle near the river and they don't care about the water pollution. I noticed lots of plastic bottles floating from the hotel garbage.

This hotel must inspect PHI , also very unprofessional Staff and a Manager. This Hotel management cheating for the wedding couples, never book this hotel for weddings. Because this crooks are cheating for the customers. Not recommended this bloody hotel for any function or even day out

The most horrible experience.... Not sure how they name this place as a resort, it just very tiny land with very inexperience staff. If you require parking in this place then you need to find a tractor to drive along the most scariest road in a very remote area.

Out engagement was held at Silver Crown hotel. The location is very beautiful and calming. Service of all the crew is highly appreciated including the manager who supported us well in organizing the event. Food is also very delicious. One thing to note: Hotel should rethink about the parking facilities.

Nice location if you're looking for a gateway in nature. The concept of the resort is cool, you're kind of into the wild with monkeys outside of your room, cotocodiles in the river, and lots of birds that make good music. However, the service was not as expected, the food was not that tasty, and the options were very limited.

I stayed at Silver Crown with a half-board package. The surroundings were lovely, and the rooms and bathrooms were in great condition. But the meals lacked variety as expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good facilities, but the food could be more diverse.

We stayed in 209,210 rooms last weekend.we had a very bad experience in this hotel.very dirty rooms & bad smell in everywhere.also lots of mosquitoes.poor room service .two hours delayed for pre ordered dinner.we booked 2days.but we checked out in next morning.very bad management.manager don’t care about us.never trust hotel website images.

We have been to this place couple of times over last 5 years and it's getting worse day by day. Environment is great and the hotel was built in such a unique way. BUT the service, the food, the staff, cleanliness of the cabanas are the worst. It's so disappointing to see this happening to a place like this.

I had really amazing time here. the food was really good and even the staff is very knid and friendly they were too generous and kind to us. rooms and staff all are okay but my vehicle was damaged in side the hotel area. u cant park the vehicle near the hotel. mage vahane heppenakal athana hitiya security balan hitiya . very disappointed but the food and room are okay. problam is very dificult to reach to hotel . and security matter

One of the beautiful Resort with Green environment . Good place to saty single,couple, or family too. Wedding ,functions ,meeting are held here.

The hotel is on the other side of the river (Malwathu Oya). Access road to the rooms is very bad and there were damages to my vehicle. Knowing that the road conditions are very bad, security officers asked me go go from that road because normal car park was full due to a homecoming function. Pool is a small one. When there are outdoor functions, sounds come to the rooms as well. Customer service is also not up to the standard.

Good customer service, specially the manager was so friendly, and the other staff also very helpful, it’s an amazing place middle of a river , kinda island vibe , very nice place to relax and stay . Nice food too . It was a very pleasant stay there . I recommended to anyone. Peaceful place .

Wonderful plce near malwathu oya. Their are separate chalet for dining or drink. Fully wooddn finished cabanas available. Very good for garden parties weddings or any other function .nice location for photography . Service is very good .

Located at the around the bank of Malwathu oya. A beautiful location. You need to park your car other side of the bank and reach the hotel through hanging bridge and if you want there's a separate entrance where you can take your vehicle directly to the premises. The positives are it's located in a nature loving place with calmness. And the rooms are so big and clean. Staff is very friendly. If you wish you can take a bath in beautiful stream of Malwathu oya. The negatives are it took at least an hour to check us in to the rooms even we came around 3pm. And very limited selection for the dinner. The kitchen is closed by 9. Practically you can't come by that time when you're on a pilgrimage. I feel like they aren't maintaining the premises properly. And they largely targeted on the people who come for a drink rather than the guests

Really beautiful hotel and good staff with quality service. Reasonable price. Pool is also good. Tasty foods. Recommend to everyone to spend your vacation as you wish.
