Our valentine's night was saved by this restaurant. We got there after a terrible experience in another hotel and hoped we would have a good time here. The food was over the top yummy, fresh, well cooked and satisfying. The service was great and the servers were courteous. The ambiance of the place was simply amazing. The decor was tastefully done. The toilets were well kept. We ordered tons of things as we were 6 adults and 2 kids. The sushi platter was devoured in no time before another one had to be ordered. The complimentary items were yum too.

Had an absolutely fantastic dining experience here!! Special thanks to Moeen who took very good care of us right from the time we stepped in and made sure we got all our orders as soon as possible. Highlight of the night was when we tried the Salmon Nigiri here which was extremely fresh and made with great precision right in front of us. We tried Salmon Eggs too which tasted fantastic and like nothing I have tasted before! The chef that made the Nigiri gave us a very good insight into where all the ingredients are sourced from and what are they locally called in Japan!

World class experience from top to bottom. Service was exceptional, Hemant took exceptional care of us suggesting great food options, making classy adjustments to serving sizes, and resolving issues like a malfunctioning light promptly and discreetly. Food is remarkably solid, hard to find a bad dish; even sushi which I’m usually reluctant to eat in India is surprisingly decent with the salmon/sake and scallop/hotate being standouts; don’t miss the marmite chicken and the chili/pepper prawns. Cocktails are also very good and the ambience/views are special as well. Highly recommend for a nice evening out in BLR or for any special occasion.

A beautiful ambience and delicious food. Best to try Chinese dishes and yummy deserts. We tried Stir fried baby bok chopped with garlic, Angel Maki, Gullin Asparagus, Roasted garlic noodles, few mocktails etc. Amongst all we liked the Gullin Asparagus, rosted garlic noodles, rice with green Thai, and especially the Tub Tim kro .

Excellent food and service levels. Go early and one can witness the sunset along with a bird's eye view of the buzzing city traffic. Book in advance as the restaurant has limited seating.

I was always hesitant to visit restaurants in star hotels as they often came with high prices and poor experiences. But Far and East at the Four seasons was an amazing exception. On the 21st floor with a view, it was all i could ask for a dinner date. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful, always sensing your need before you beckon them, whether it was for serving the food to the members of the table or for taking orders. The service was exceptional. The food was great too. Easy on the tummy while the portion sizes of each dish was sufficient for two members. We had ordered the mushroom dumplings and spring rolls for starters which were good. The main course choices were hotpot chicken and veg pad thai and both were awesome. The dessert was the highlight, loved it. Kon krab mai, excuse the spelling capped off a wonderful meal. It was 6k for two diners (this includes the tip). Totally worth it.

My recent visit to FAR & EAST Asian Brassiere was a delightful culinary journey, during my stay at the Four Seasons. The Hot & Sour Sichuan soup was a perfect balance of flavors, with just the right amount of heat and tanginess. The Singapore-style fried rice noodles were packed with authentic flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's expertise in Asian cuisine. The vegetable spring rolls were crispy and flavorful, a perfect appetizer to start the meal. To end on a sweet note, the chocolate ice cream was a decadent treat, rich and indulgent. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive, adding to the overall experience. I would highly recommend FAR & EAST Asian Brassiere to anyone looking for a memorable Asian dining experience."

Far and East is a hidden gem of a pan Asian restaurant that left me truly impressed. The moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and soothing. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show - the food. Oh my, the flavors were absolutely amazing! Each dish showcased the authenticity of its origin, bringing out the unique essence of various Asian cuisines. What truly sets Far and East apart is their commitment to using only natural ingredients. I was thrilled to learn that they avoid synthetic sauces, which is a rarity in many restaurants. This dedication to authenticity really shines through in every bite, and it made the dining experience all the more memorable.. Apart from the scrumptious main courses, the complimentary dessert they served was an unexpected delight. It perfectly complemented the meal and was a delightful end to the culinary journey. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience, from the food to the ambiance to the service, left a lasting impression on me. If you're looking for an extraordinary pan Asian dining experience with incredible food, authenticity, and a commitment to quality, Far and East is the place to go. It's a dining experience that will have you coming back for more.

A FINE fine dinning experience The ambience and food was amazing. One of the best pan Asian restaurant amongst the many I've been to (being a fan of the cuisine). The staff was hospitable especially Ms. Ria. The service she offered was exceptional! The restaurant had also made the birthday celebration all the more special. Food was great and uniquely presented. Everything was good and I would highly recommend this to anyone who would want to dine out beside a great view of the city.

We had a lovely dinner tonight at the Far&East… the Sushi platter was fresh and delicious, and the cocktails were very different and refreshing! Highly recommended the penicillin! Special mention for Jiten… Great service, very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommended Prawn and Scallop dumplings were excellent! We had a great time… thank you!

Pretty expensive for the food taste being offered. The desserts are much better than main course. Service is good but then the food is a let down.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Far and East, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the delightful ambiance that perfectly combined Far Eastern charm with modern elegance. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Each dish served was a masterpiece in itself, showcasing the chef's mastery of Far Eastern flavors. Every bite of the food we ordered was an explosion of flavors, leaving my taste buds craving for more. The restaurant's attention to detail was evident not only in their culinary creations but also in the presentation. The dishes were artfully plated, elevating the dining experience to a whole new level. The only downside, I must admit, was the pricing. Far and East falls on the higher side when it comes to cost, but I must emphasize that the taste truly justifies it. The quality of ingredients used and the effort put into crafting these culinary delights undoubtedly make it a worthy dining experience. Despite the higher prices, I believe that Far and East delivers a dining experience that is unparalleled. Whether you're looking for a special occasion spot or simply want to treat yourself to phenomenal flavors, this restaurant should be on your list. The impeccable food and enchanting ambiance make it a dining destination worth visiting time and again.

Service is impeccable. Food was delicious but as a Chinese and a super foodie, the taste was unfortunate not entirely authentic. I had the Sichuan hot & sour soup which tasted over pepperly and not having the right balance of hot and sour. The staff offered me to change to something else which was very hospitality minded. I ordered the crabmeat soup and for main I had the buffelo black pepper tenderloin with rice. Both tasted very nice and my dinner experience here was delighted. Actually, I wanted sushi but having IBS I'm overcautious with everything during my visit. A Japanese couple in front of my table had sushi & sashimi and I was so jaleous as the serving looked like art. The chef even served at their table. After dinner, I went for a cocktail at Copitas bar which is on the same floor and the service here was as well impeccable :) There signature cocktails offer a taste of a national ingredient blended in. It was just delighted, the people who works here as well the food & drinks
