To
be
frank,
Initially(back
in
the
days
of
2018)
their
services
were
good.
Now
a
days
I
am
not
sure,
what
went
wrong.
They
are
totally
waste.I
have
bought
Splendor
Plus
Vehicle
by
Jan
2013.
All
my
services
were
good
until
2018.
But
last
three
years,
they
are
poor
at
services.
On
Nov
25
2021
did
normal
services,
my
bike
was
good
condition
before
the
services,
but
after
that
services,
my
bike
becomes
pathetic
conditions
like
oil
leakages,
they
haven't
checked
chain
loose-tight,
they
have
exchanged
with
spare
parts
(carpeter's
speed
adjustment
screw)
with
another
bike's
one
that
caused
a
lot
of
issues
with
smooth
slow
speed
running.
I
was
monitoring
while
returning
from
that
services
to
home(25
kms
far
from
their
service
center)
and
got
un-satisfied
with
services,
and
I
called
up
them
asked
for
reason,
then
they
have
told
me
to
bring
back
the
vehicle,
I
did
bring
back
my
mike
all
the
way
to
25
kms
in
a
week
of
time,
they
have
did
something
for
few
minutes
and
they
said
it's
good
now
sir.
However
I
had
all
the
complaints
again.
JUST
BE
CAREFUL
WHILE
PROVIDING
VEHICLE
TO
SERVICE
CENTERS
LIKE
THIS.
I
assuming
that
they
don't
have
well
trained
technicians
which
causing
and
spoiling
their
whole
reputations
what
they
have
gained
so
far.
I
don't
know
about
other
branches,
I
am
speaking
about
Sushil
Motors
-
Gobichetty
Palayam
Branch.
There
is
no
negative
ratings,
if
so
I
will
give
this
service
center
as
bottom
ratings.
Pathetic
services.
Technicians(Especially
who
are
handle
bikes
during
services)
laboured
at
Gobi
Branch
are
poor
skilled.
