I've left my bike (xtream 200R) for service today morning 8.30 3rd bike to service and mentioned that the gear is not correctly engaging, petrol leakage, chain spracket noice, indicator not working. they've asked me to come at 12.00 at the noon I went at 12.30 when I was riding the bike found the same problem and mentioned them about it and they said it will be cleared by 2.30 then I came again at 3.00. Then they said they have test drove the bike and it is good so I paid the amount of ₹1017.00 and still faced the same prblm and I've asked a person from service to drive the bike then the person said the gear is not engaged and he asked me to leave the bike today for the service I said I need the bike bcoz I need to go to Chennai in this bike so I need it soon and I'm still waiting now it is 5.10 pm still waiting on the customer lounge I'm in a hurry of some personal issues but not yet delivered the bike pls don't do this again pls deliver the bike on the promised time. I've received my delivery at 5.16 pm. When I returned home found that still my bike had petrol leakage and the indicator is also not working very bad experience

I have serviced my Hero Passion Pro (Tn:36:AT 2842) on 15.12.2021.But my vehicle doesn't run properly. I am not satisfied with the service provided. I have never seen such a worst service The complaints are not rectified. The way they treat the customers is also bad. Kindly look into the matter.

Please my humble request is don't go Susil Motors Service Center. I serviced my Hero Honda Spelnder. But very versatile worst in service. The bill was Rs.4700. But no milage .So don't go Susil Motors.

To be frank, Initially(back in the days of 2018) their services were good. Now a days I am not sure, what went wrong. They are totally waste.I have bought Splendor Plus Vehicle by Jan 2013. All my services were good until 2018. But last three years, they are poor at services. On Nov 25 2021 did normal services, my bike was good condition before the services, but after that services, my bike becomes pathetic conditions like oil leakages, they haven't checked chain loose-tight, they have exchanged with spare parts (carpeter's speed adjustment screw) with another bike's one that caused a lot of issues with smooth slow speed running. I was monitoring while returning from that services to home(25 kms far from their service center) and got un-satisfied with services, and I called up them asked for reason, then they have told me to bring back the vehicle, I did bring back my mike all the way to 25 kms in a week of time, they have did something for few minutes and they said it's good now sir. However I had all the complaints again. JUST BE CAREFUL WHILE PROVIDING VEHICLE TO SERVICE CENTERS LIKE THIS. I assuming that they don't have well trained technicians which causing and spoiling their whole reputations what they have gained so far. I don't know about other branches, I am speaking about Sushil Motors - Gobichetty Palayam Branch. There is no negative ratings, if so I will give this service center as bottom ratings. Pathetic services. Technicians(Especially who are handle bikes during services) laboured at Gobi Branch are poor skilled.

Good in price,excellent service .....12 years bike serviced ,no negative feedback .I like very much of bike service .

Good Staffs And Service Also Very Nice .

Spare parts take 3 weeks to arrive, even for common segment motorcycles. Visit if you are absolute patient person. If not you will be disappointed.

I came today for placing my bike passion pro visor they called from the spares but when I came to the showroom they are saying to wait for 2 hours service advisor behaviour is also bad hero is becoming now a days zero

Poor service.i bought duet from hero .the petrol tank lock doesn't work properly .many times I went for repairing but till now I'm facing the same problem.very worst

sir good evening On the 13th, by God's great grace, God graced me to purchase Splendor Plus xtec Canvas Black Color by Hero Technology. The technical infrastructure services are amazing and I felt a different experience while riding the cab. Actually the XTec model is different.My sincere appreciation and thanks to the Hero technicians who made it.
