One of the worst tour I ever had with you in my Leh Ladak tour. Mr Shailesh who was our tour manager never bothered about the travellers. He never bothered to provide basic Oxygen cylinders in our trip which was at a high altitude. A complaint was raised. A senior executive Ms Ridhhi from your organisation defended the staff.

Everything thing is good but don't pay amount through internet they have some issue with local centers. Pay the amount directly when u visit there office. I had this issue & waited for nearly 2 hrs by making payment online.

The place is good. I've been here for trip booking and foreign exchange. The staff is friendly and approachable. Getting there takes some time since the road in front of it is traffic laden and the entrance is a little hard to locate. Also there are queues at some points of the day.

I used to visit this place a few years ago for forex. I'm writing this just now after visiting their malleshwaram branch they wasted 1 hour of my time to attend to me. Finally when I wanted get forex, there was no stock and the employee attending to me was constantly interrupting me by picking up useless phone calls. She didn't bother to initiate forex, she wasted her time chit chatting. Pls fire all these employees and hire dedicated people.
