커피 맛이야 주변에서 찾을 수없을 정도로 좋죠. 전에도 느낀 점이지만 유독 한분이 접객이 이상하네요 주문과 서빙의 순서가 틀렸으면 그냥 미안하다 하면 될것을 에쏘가 더 정성스럽게 만들기때문에 시간이 더 걸린다니.. 손님을 바보만들고 유달스럽게 만드는 대응이 아쉽네요 약속전에 간단하게 커피한잔하고 가려다 진상된거같아 기분이 별로입니다

안양에 끝내주는 카페가 있다해서 방문.. 개인적으로 스텀프타운과 나인스스트릿에스프레소를 미국서 주기적으로 공수해 먹는 나로서는 정말 오랜만에 국내에서 먹어본 커피중 가장 맛있는 커피를 먹어봄. 처음이라 블렌드를 먹었는제 적당한 산미에 입안에 맴도는 상큼한 커피맛이 너무 좋았음. 쓰레기 같은 프렌차이즈 커피 마시다가 고급진 커피를 먹고 프면 꼭 방문하시길... 가격대비 퀄리티 최상.. 단 어찌 이런곳에 카페가 있을까 할 정도로 외진 곳에 있고 차가 있으면 꼭 부근 주차장에 파킹하시고 가시길... 가게앞 주차 못함

Professional roasters and baristas frequently gather here for roasting and cupping classes as well as brewing and espresso seminars. The core of their business however is in roasting and the distribution of speciality coffee across South Korea. The roasting team at Signature Roasters have a strong line-up of Giesen Coffee Roasters, all operated by former international and national coffee roasting champions Kwon Taehwan (Korea Coffee Roasting Championship 2018, 1st Place) and owner Moonkyu Jang (World Coffee Roasting Championship 2014, 2nd Place).
