Kakao shop that first I know. Double shop storey with a lot of concept Kakao stuffs. I like the special products that they sell. Laptops casing, pillows, bag, mouse pads, etc. Nice to visit here, I love it a lot.

They have a new factory store on B1 floor where they have good sales. The shop also had good sales too. The prices are a little overrated, but the characters are really cute

Overall, the whole building is well design with cute characters.... Except when ordering food from the cafeteria which I encountered having an unhappy experience. Cafeteria need to buy drinks then allowed to be seated. Even though food is quite unique, but taste is so-so. Pricing might be over-rated. By the way, this will be my first & last time visiting here.

Kakao seems to be the virtual mascot for S Korea. Kakao shop offers plenty of selfie opportunity, and 3 stories of cute merchandise. Very popular with locals.

It's very cute and all, but overpriced for what it is. Nice to have a browse, but not the best quality. Nice spacious coffee shop upstairs too with great views on the main street. However, again food quality is poor. Missed opportunity I think, this could have been so much better.

This branch is the flagship store of Kakao Friends. There is a cafe also. It's 3 floors building. It is located near the subway Hongdae station, exit 8.

Very cute shop. The collections seem to be just slightly different from last year but nonetheless good quality and the Ryan cafe is great too. 🚻 toilet is on the 3rd floor right next to the stairs.

I mixed up Kakao friends and line friends 🤣🤣🤣 The first Kakao shop I have been to. The shop is big and has many products. If you are fans of Kakao friends, you must go!!

Interesting selection of products, from golf gear to home appliances. Customer service is the worst we have come across where the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing for such a kid friendly store.

Absolutely amazing store. Staff is very friendly and I wasn't able to decide what to buy because there are so many choices haha If you are a foreigner do not forget to take your passport with you!

The cafe at the top floor (3rd floor) is great and decorated super nicely.

Everything was so pretty but odd that each person had to order one drink EACH to be able to sit in the cafe which was not full despite our group ordering multiple pastries. This potato mochi and the mentaiko croissant were Really good

Big Kakao Friends store, 2 floors of shop, and a 3rd one as a café! Can recommend a visit, even if you're not interested in buying anything. Very interesting to see all the different characters and you might find your favourite there. There are so many items you didn't know you needed until see them!
