This place is out of this world. It's located on a small backstreet, but don't let that put you off. Your hotel will be able to book a taxi to take you there. The restaurant is Omakase style and we counted 22 different courses. I'm sure this changes on a daily basis. Make yourself comfortable as you'll be there for a while, although it won't feel like it. We arrived at 7pm and left at 11pm. The mixture of good food and company made the time fly. The restaurant only serves 6 people a day, so reservations are strongly suggested. This was, by far, the best Japanese food I have ever had. The chef is Japanese and trained for 15 years, and it shows. In addition to the great food, they have a good selection of Sake and Soju. The restaurant is expensive, but well worth it.

One of the best sushi places in Seoul, but more of a ‘hidden gem’ to locals. Chef Sato is fluent in Korean, English, and Japanese obviously.

(Translated by Google) It's hard to eat authentic Edomae sushi overseas, but this restaurant was a really delicious sushi restaurant comparable to a proper Edomae sushi restaurant in Japan. Reservations are required at a restaurant with only 6 seats at the counter. Itaba is managed by the general himself, and he goes to Japan himself to purchase good fish. The Korean fish was also in very good condition because the general tightened his nerves at the market. Each fish is carefully crafted into Edo-style ingredients. Shari uses red vinegar and feels refreshing. There was a wide variety of Japanese sake. I have eaten sushi in many restaurants in Korea, but this restaurant is definitely No.1.

I went to a meeting place where I had dinner with the CEO of my new job. Although it is a very small restaurant with only a few bar-like seats, the sushi served with delicate care by the Japanese chef was excellent. My mouth is dull, so I can't fully describe the taste, but it's different from anything I've ever eaten. If other places had ready-made clothes, here it felt like I was wearing tailored clothes. I will definitely go again with my wife.

Only two groups are accepted at a time, so you can dine quietly and privately without worrying about coronavirus. I liked the feeling of bringing out the natural taste of fresh ingredients and the variety of fish and seafood that were not overly seasoned. It was a satisfying meal ^^

We did have a great experience here. The place was small and not your usual place of a resturant but don't let that fool you because they serve teh best of the best sushi! Cravings satisfied!

I normally keep out of the reviews section but I absolutely have to gush about my first ever omakase experience. This place was amazing and worth every penny. On top of them being understanding with me when I ran late, the kind hostess also called a cab for me once dinner was over since I don’t understand a lick of korean lol. Overall it was a really cool dining experience that I won’t forget. Check this place out for sure!

A sample of restaurants you shouldn't go to. An unpleasant service provided by unpleasant people.
