Okay, so I tried out the shuttle app for the first time. It's fast, convenient, and the number of available vendors is pretty impressive. I got a couple sandwiches as well as soup and coleslaw from Crave's and it was amazing. It was honestly the best sandwich I ever had, in Korea. Don't miss out.

It's decent since foreigners can easily use it. However delivery is very expensive so its better to just do take out from your favorite restaurant or just order by phone and have the company it's self deliver since most places in Korea offer it and it will be cheaper. I've waited over 2 hours for my food before using shuttle.

Pizza took over 50 minutes to delivery, came COLD!!!, food thrown around in the box, and absolutely no response from Shuttle customer service. This is the last straw. Shuttle has brought by far more frustration than satisfaction the last couple of times I used it. I had issues on the last four of my five orders. This will be the last time I use Shuttle.

One star is still too much! The charged me 10,000 KRW (>7€) for the delivery and the food came cold as ice. Waiting time more than ONE HOUR! Complaining about this incident the "customer support" just wanted to refund the deliver charge. Not the food which was another 43.000 KRW. In the end I opened a PayPal case. WARNING! This is the only food delivery app made available to foreigners that I have found. Payment is by any creditcard(does not need to be local). Userfriendly and great customer service with very prompt responses. I have been ordering on Shuttle every single day!

I ordered with Shuttle at least 2-4 times a month (mainly weekends) and I’ve never had any problems. I like the food choices. My family and I rotate out which restaurants to order from. The delivery times were correct the majority of the time. The few times it came a few minutes later, I know was always due to traffic. And the drivers were always apologetic and very nice when they arrived. I’m honestly very grateful to have Shuttle service in the Osan Air Base area to bring us food to our house. We will continue using them until we leave. I highly recommend this service.

I ordered food and I received spoiled meat.. I contacted the site by sending them an image they preferred to believe the seller.. As if the seller was going to say = yes I sent a rotten meat. Already the price of their shipping and fees is super expensive but they have no respect for their customers so I deleted my account I strongly advise against this site. Those who live in Korea there are plenty of top Korean sites like baedal and it's cheaper I advise you to order on this kind of site.

I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but between Shuttle and the other restaurant delivery services we’ve tried, Shuttle is the only one that doesn’t seem to have any trouble finding our house!

Tried Shuttle for the first and last time. Heard about it by word of mouth so was looking forward to using it. For a better experience I would recommend having a Korean phone number... My first order attempt was cancelled because I did not reply on the live chat. However there is no instruction or notification to tell you this. The app also takes your KakaoTalk number, but will not use it to contact you. My Second order attempt went better but I kept the live chat open for any communications. They needed a means to contact me to meet the driver, when I had instructed to meet in the lobby of my hotel. Got a message to meet driver so as to not waste his time. Saw him outside so I waved to come in and he waved back for me to come out because he didnt want to get off his bike. It also wont give you an ETA or any information while your order is processing, which can sometimes take awhile... This means you don't have an idea when your food will arrive until the restaurant starts making it. I wasnt impressed... Wont be using this again. I am sure that everyone who is giving it good reviews has a phone number in Korea.

My order was delayed for an hour and the customer service staff named Tammy was really really condescending and unhelpful.

We had a big group order so we didn’t know what to expect. However everything we ordered arrived and hot enough to enjoy! Would use again for personal or group deliveries.

The worst delivery app. They always delay orders. They are so understaffed that they cannot handle large orders and hence delay orders by a minimum of 2 hours. Everytime I order, i feel this time it'll be better. But it just gets worst with every order. Ridiculous service.

I used shuttle delivery from Jan 2019. One of th worst Online Food delivery Ecomerce i south korea. Generaly shutlle commit 45 ~ 60 mins for order delivery. I never received food delivery on time in not even single time. Generally Shuttle take 20 to 30 mins to order placement to restaurants from customer order time. Cooking time 60~70 mins and delivery time 15 to 20 mins for 2 kms radius. This is ridiculous. For order cancel customer wont get any acknowledgement of receipt. Always shuttle say will get refund and also no refund status check information in the website. Till time weather is received refund or not i donot. Most thing is the customer support team arrogant. It totaly waste of money and should be no rating at all for service

It's by far the best food delivery service you can get as an expat living in Korea. Highly recommend them. If you don't get the drink you ordered with your food, don't worry. Just call customer service and they'll refund it for you or have it redelivered hassle-free. During the stay-at-home advisory, Shuttle has been a godsend. Wish I can give it more than five stars. This app is absolutely Indispensable for people like me!
