My wife and I visited Tong-In Korean Medicine Clinic back in December when we were in Seoul for vacation. Dr. Lee sat down with us to learn what was happening and then prescribed a treatment plan that included acupuncture, chiropractic work, cupping and herbs. I have had some of all of those things in the past, but all separately. Having them together in one visit was amazing and had us feeling fantastic. We had such a great experience with Dr. Lee, that we came back 3 more times before we left. His English was excellent, his staff was courteous and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I wish I had the energy to be angry. My hope for relief brought me to this place based on reviews. The doctor was very nice and welcoming. She was very fast hence the place feels like a mill. Other than typing away in her keyboard and looking at my back briefly, my treatment was recommended by my complaints. They started with the cupping. Once that was completed. Someone came in and removed the devices abruptly. I didn’t complain, again, I don’t feel well, but this is where everything went down hill. The doctor then came in and explained she miscalculated the time and they were going to lunch so my treatment would have to be partial and my future visit should avoid their lunch hours. I can understand getting turned away since I was a walk in or asked to show up a bit later, but with their actions, they showed lack of professionalism and care for my well being.
