👍 Firstly, you order at the counter here and then they bring your drinks to the table. It's usually full here, but a table clears up rather fast. The barista are friendly. We really liked their Cappuccino, it was delicious and not too bitter even with a double shot, really well made. We didn't reall... People often mention coffee, Bologna, good,

Firstly, you order at the counter here and then they bring your drinks to the table. It's usually full here, but a table clears up rather fast. The barista are friendly. We really liked their Cappuccino, it was delicious and not too bitter even with a double shot, really well made. We didn't really like the pastries we tried, aside from the Tortino biscuit. The croissant was too bready and the Pistachio Bread had little cream. The inside is very nice and homey, we really liked the painted walls.

What a lovely cafe with tasty focaccia and great espresso. I tried the Colombia and love it. The focaccia is heavenly crispy and soft at the same time, the dough with just right amount of salt. The staff is super friendly and explains everything to me with a beautiful smile and patience. My first meal in Bologna and I am definitely getting why the city is famous for its food.

We were due to a city trip in Bologna, we were in the Brisa once every day in the 3 days. The foccacia are simply stunning. A fantastic quality, and also very creative. These with peach and cream cheese were simply the force, as well as the taste of the with tomatoes. I think this bakery is simply unique. The coffee is also very good if you like lighter roasts.

I've lived in France for a year (Lyon & Strasbourg) and many a croissant were consumed. Personally, the Italian pasticerrias are just okay, but this place does bread and sweets justice - cornettos just as good as the croissants from some of the best French boulangeries. I enjoyed the cornetto crema for its light citrus flavor. The maritozzo was also good - not too sweet and the cream had a hint of citrus. The coffee is good and they roast their own. Oddly enough, they always know that I'm American and ask if I want a single - I need to do better at blending in and not have an accent. They must think I expect a double - standard pull in America. This place has the best pizza flavor combos and toppings that I've had so far. The crust could use a little more crunch - if it did, it'd be #1 in Bologna for me. I also enjoy the focaccia. I wish I lived next to one of their locations - in fact, for my long term assignment for work (in Bologna) I might try to do just that 😋😅 That would be the life, to walk next door for breakfast every morning and develop a relationship with a local vendor that makes excellent products.

Cozy and Friendly with outside seating available. Prices are higher than mid-range. It is suitable for a quick brunch.

Decent cafe with foccacia topped with various ingredients like roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes, anchovies etc. There wasn't a lot of variety when we went but maybe we were too late in the day. It was easy to get a table to sit at, and the interior was clean and inviting. Recommend for a quick bite if you want something small that isn't too filling.

Do not leave Bologna without stopping by Forno Brisa. I was blown away by this great coffee shop. Everything, from the ambiance to the food, from the friendly staff to the incredible coffee, was absolutely spectacular. Strong wifi as well, which is not common in Italy.

Great coffee shop/bakery. We stopped here on our way to city center from the main station to have breakfast. Amazing panini and good coffee. We likes them so much that we also visited on our way back to the station some days later.

I've been to this place maybe 4 times in 6 days in the city. It's one of the very few places where one can find specialty coffee here (drank there and bought beans), I also had pizza and bought bread to take home - both were really good. The atmosphere is nice and the people were friendly, even though I don't speak Italian.
