Toilet at parking area, across the road from the start of the track. You'll be rewarded with amazing views within 15 minutes of the car park. There is plenty of steps to contend with but its worth it. This track is part of a much larger hike if you wish to continue on.

Can be an easy walk, or more difficult, depending upon you. Very beautiful regardless. Worth a stop and a walk!

I hiked down here from the top, and then all the way back up, and I am glad I did. It was a hot muggy day everywhere else but cool and breezy in this impressive little grotto. The trail is quality too! This stairclimber beats any gym ;)

Must do, easy hike with afew steep stairs but 10mins wont hurt because the view up there is amazing. Parking from across the start of the track, track is well maintained. Next to-do is Mt Hobson!

Track to lookout quick though next time we may look at doing the longer route. View from track is very cool looking North and South

An easy 10 minute walk to some great views, or the gateway to the Aotea track system, which you could walk for 3-4 days.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Awesome sanctuary. A nice and relaxing walk through the bush with plenty of birdlife and nature to see. Well worth a trip, especially for the Kauri suspension bridge and viewing platform.

πŸ‘ Easy, nice walk to the hot springs. Springs are natural, not curated and not big. 6 people max in the main area of the stream. Take care-it is a geothermal spring so temperatures are not moderated and can get VERY hot.
