Waited 15 minutes to place my order, when someone finally showed up to work and helped me. The other people working there didn't care. The waitress complained that they are short staff. That's not my fault, I am a customer that should of been waited on. The waitress made it sound like I was bothering her, just to spend 35 dollars on breakfast for 2. Not busy at all see pictures....

It is 1:43pm and we are sitting here eating our food with flimsy plasticware because they are backed up in the kitchen and have no silverware cleaned. There are about six tables seated and not busy at all. Getting seated was slow, the server stood in the isle making it difficult to get to our table and most of the employees are in the back talking loudly and laughing. This place needs a real manager to straighten it out. Food is pretty good but the dining experience is sub par to say the least.

Went out for Vet Veterans Day free pancake breakfast. Place was crowded but the wait time was short, staff great and food fantastic. Thank you IHOP for supporting our military/veterans.

Wowza - IHOP, bringing the good food, with the new pancake tacos and strawberry iced tea. Our waitress Charlene mysteriously knew what we wanted, and she delivered great service.

This IHOP rocks for walk-in take out orders. It's also one of the nicer interior locations. Friendly staff also. GM Chelsea and AM Keeley are 2 of the coolest down to earth managers I've met in this corporate restaurant chain industry. They take my order perfectly and make sure the kitchen staff gets it right and I'm out the door in under 10 mins. Thank you ladies for the great food. Photo is TenderFix Vegan MorningStar Chicken strips with waffle fries. Have to order online DoorDash to get this secret ghost kitchen item. It's so good especially when I don't feel like cooking. And reasonably priced.

EAT ELSEWHERE!! I got my order to go. The omelet is tasteless & rubber like in texture. Not at all edible. They forgot to pit in all add in's but didn't forget to add it to my bill. The Hashbrowns also are very bland/tasteless, cut into the shape of a small square about half the length of a dollar bill, and was put in its own container. For what reason I'm really not sure as there is plenty of room in one container for both the omelet & the hashbrown. They forgot the cheese on the hashbrown square also. Paid way too much for items that had to go straight in the trash! Regardless of how hungry you are skip this place! I do not recommend eating here! There are plenty of much better options near by.

Visited twice, ate here once. First time I visited I came with my toddler son for dinner in January 2022. There was no host and twice, while we waited, older couples who arrived after us, were seated ahead of us. I didn't let this upset me as I figured maybe they didn't realize we were also waiting to be seated. After we were seated, service was slow but food was good. The manager who served us explained that she was understaffed and having to serve and train new cooks in the kitchen, understandable and so I didn't let it put me off making a second visit. Second time I visited, there were six of us, 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived to an empty lobby, again no host. The restaurant was quite but yet we were not seated efficiently. A staff member did come ask how many, but after a long wait in the hot lobby in the evening sun, my husband and father-in-law had enough and we left to get Del Taco at the drive thru. I don't think I could convince my family to go back every again! Overall, the service was very disappointing at this location. I hope things change, or they just won't stay in business!

We had fast and friendly service. The man who seated us also was our server. He was excellent his name is Chris. The food was great except the pancakes. They was hard to cut with butter knife n not fluffy at all. Burger was great.

OMG! Worst experience ever! Waited for food 45 min, (2 people) while others who seated after us got food before us. Pancakes were cold, her over easy eggs undercooked while my scramble eggs overcooked. We were hungry so we had those remade, now the eggs were cooked but had a rubbery texture like fake eggs. Needless to say next time I spend $50 on breakfast it won't be here. In today's economy when you go out service and quality needs to be top notch.

This store has been up and down so much. I waited forever for my order. Then the guy who brought it tried to tell me the inaccurate order was right. It wasn't. But the manager let him know that the Mac n cheese was not a side like he tried to convince me. The manager was fantastic and is trying really hard to make this place better. I understand as customers that we all need to be more patient and kind but businesses need to show the same consideration. Telling your customers they didn't order what they ordered and what the receipt shows is a bad move. Just fix it. He wasted my time, his time, the mangers time, the other people waiting. That's a lot. Just because he wanted to show that his 2 weeks of experience was more than my 10+ years as a customer. That's how you lose a 22% tip on a carry out. The food was good. The fries were amazing. The plastic bag of mac n cheese was a great tik tok! Again the manager, Chasity or Chelsea ( I can't remember ) was fantastic!

New Cook new wait staff. The egg white special was not tasty. It was remade without a request so the coyote' got fed. Overall, I won't return. Plus drinks $3 or more$. My partners steak was medium not medium rare as requested.

What’s the point of saying you’re Allergic to Cream, milk, oat, and potatoes if the waitress still drops 3 of the items in front of you.? Their wheat toast has crushed oats on it. Sour cream is cream made of milk… Is it safe to assume my eggs where cooked on a grill free of potatoes?

My family and I ate there this morning. The food was edible, nothing special. Now the service was were this all fell apart. We were greeted in a timely manner. The food took more time then it should have. 20 minute + wait to get our food served to us. At the end of our meal we waited over 15 minutes to get our meal ticket punched. After having to ask 2 staff to let the waitress know we were ready to leave. She walks up with an attitude to which she forfeited her tip back to my bank account. Frankly for the price we pay for dinning out service must be the one thing that draws customers to spend the limited extra cash we have.

Sat in the restaurant for over half an hour. Not once did anyone ever speak to us or off a drink. As the wait staff continued to walk around helping one table and then leaving without speaking to any other tables, including ours, the hosts kept seating table after table. We decided to leave. Still weren't spoken to as we left. Wait staff should be trained better to at least acknowledge tables and the hosts should not keep filling it up that the staff is not able to keep up. Just sad. It wasn't busy when we arrived.

The food may be decent here, but the service is hands down some of the worst in the entire Valley. I am a delivery driver and visit many, many restaurants in the East Valley. Very few treat me as rudely as this location does. Good luck getting service or even acknowledged. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes until I gave up and went into the dining area to ask for help, and then was blown off by the wait staff repeatedly. In total I waited 40 minutes for my order. Extremely unhelpful staff, all the way up to the manager, who I also spoke to after waiting for 15 minutes. He was similarly very unhelpful and treated me like I was a huge inconvenience. I could not get a straight answer as to the status of my order. He did eventually say he would go check for me then just simply disappeared and never came back. One of the wait staff ended up bringing my order to me 10 or 15 minutes later, after I had talked to the manager. My order ended up being 30 minutes late and they did not care. At. All. I could not get a heads up or even confirmation that they had my order in the queue. Enjoy the food, but don't come here if good service and being treated well are things that you value. This was not an isolated incident, this happens here very often.

Place was empty. Waited 10 minutes for someone to sear us and she was rude when she did. Several people saw us waiting to be seated, more people waiting behind us. Didn't get any silverware. Server was excellent and even HE was frustrated with the cook. Lack of work from every employee. Except our server who was on top of everything for us. Food was all screwed up. Like I said, the place was empty so how could the kitchen staff mess that up? Hard to find good help.

Service was slow, but they were very busy. My wife had the waffle combo, and I had the smokehouse combo. She also had coffee while I just had water. With tip it was $32-$33. I thought that was a little high, but I think it's that way everywhere. The food quality was average. I was disappointed in the pancakes, and she was disappointed in the waffle. I guess I expected better from a restaurant that advertises pancakes in their name.

Had Sunday breakfast. The service was polite and friendly. The waffle came with a small ball of cold butter on it. The butter never did melt because the waffle wasn't hot enough to do that. The wife's requested crisp hash browns came snow white. This place offered nice staff and good ambience and so-so food. Normally we would ask for the issues to be corrected, but had we, the rest of the meal would have been undesirable.

I've gotten takeout a few times here. The place is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. I do think they don't do dine in though after 9 pm and before 6 am. I love their cupcake pancakes- although it can be a bit sweet- but it is filling and they really do take care with how they package the takeout packages. They put the pancakes, syrup, cream, and frosting in separate containers so it doesn't get soggy. The sunny side eggs were pretty good too. The cashier was pleasant to deal with as well. No complaints! :)

Classic IHOP cuisine. The service was great. We had a small mistake to our order and it was quickly and easily taken care of.
