Just wanted to take a few minutes to leave this place 5 stars. I didn't come in as a new patient because it would be better for me at this point to go into the ER but the doctor I talked with on the phone was so nice she listened she worked with me on what would work best time wise to come made me aware of prices. It's refreshing to just call a doctors office and have someone listen and care. I am looking for primary care though and would make an appt with this place 100% just based off the kindness over the phone ❤️

It feels good to have a doctor again! Prime Direct Health is affordable and convenient for me. I was paying more out of my paycheck each month, when I had insurance coverage through work. I hope companies like this change the industry, so more people can get the healthcare they need.

Prime Direct health has been a God send. They're incredibly affordable and are even able to fill some prescriptions in the office same day so no pharmacy wait times. They're professional and so kind and down to earth. You can really tell they genuinely care about their patients all around. Hands down best in the valley. Ashley is such a great doctor. I have been to many doctors with terrible experiences because of lack of care, cost of visits, long wait times, and prescription issues. With Ashley and her office, a weight was taken off my shoulders and I felt like I was getting the care I deserved. I love that it helps people get medical care without insurance. She never has really long wait times and she listens. I would recommend anyone to go to her.

Dr. Froese is sincere, attentive and open-minded. Her office feels more like a home than a sterile, cold clinic. You’re greeted immediately, listened to and taken care of. I highly recommend her monthly services to everyone that I know. She’s truly one of a kind!

Our experience has been phenomenal with Dr. Froese and the concept of direct primary care has really taken a lot of stress out of our healthcare. We are treated like a person rather than just a number to try to scurry through the door. We get quality time with her and never feel rushed. We trust her with our entire family. Direct primary care pairs extremely well with those on health sharing plans/ministries like us like Samaritan Ministries, Medishare etc.

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Ashley since she was running around the office doing everything herself. That one thing should tell you how dedicated she is to her craft and all the years of work it took to get to this point. Great Doctor, friendly staff and excellent healthcare. Going to a direct primary care from a traditional doctors office has been such a great experience. Dr Froese is awesome and really takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for. I’ve been able to get same day appts when needed. They even have certain medication on hand. Prime Direct Health Rocks!!

I think Dr Froese is wonderful! She is very down to earth, easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and a very skilled clinician. With her guidance and expertise, we worked together and she was able to find the right treatment plan for my medical problems that were previously not responding to other treatments. As a medical professional myself, I find her demeanor, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care unlike any I have experienced prior. Only wish I had found her sooner....
