Been going here for years. Even after Hurricane Michael this coffee shop opened up very quickly and offered the comfort of a good cup of coffee however you like it to so many of us. Our most recent visit was excellent as always. We both got an Ebony and Ivory latte. That is a mix of dark chocolate and white chocolate which tasted so good. We usually sit at the tables in the outside area so we can look at the gulf water and waves. We drive from Callaway to get here and it is worth the ride every time. We also had an apple pastry which was so good plus my husband bought a bottle of a peach brandy type sauce for chicken and fish. The have an assortment of cooking seasonings and sauces which we love to get for our pantry. Staff is friendly and shop is small but clean. Bathroom is very clean as well. The prices are reasonable considering it is a small beachfront town but so worth every penny.

Caribbean Coffee has the best coffee on the beach! They had sugar free flavors to boot. We both got a white chocolate latte in sugar free and a Delicious frittata that was obviously made in house. It was awesome and hit the spot! It was pretty busy but worth the wait. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the employees were friendly while working hard!

Amazing shop! Got the whole mocha and my wife got a latte and we both loved the taste. The staff helping us were so polite and patient with us, plus we came out substantially cheaper than Starbucks! Quite an elaborate menu to choose from and almost beach side! Stop here for your morning coffee and I assume the pastries are just as impressive as the brew!

Miserable experience. Older lady at the register takes orders while the staff stands still waiting on her to take orders. We waited over ONE HOUR because there were 10 people in front of us. Incompetent and slow and EXTREMELY expensive! When they gave us our order it was missing the berry smoothie, the grilled cheese and the sausage egg croissant (half the order). The croissants are what you get in a vending machine with white fake sausage and my wife's was ice cold. I can't accurately express how horrible this place is. Being the only place around, this place could be a good mine - if run effectively. Oh yeah - they were out of everything we originally planned to order - including caramel, strawberry and sausage. Yes they had the sausage on the croissant because they are prepackaged - but you couldn't get sausage on a biscuit?!

Use to be my favorite part of Mexico Beach, but now that there is new ownership the quality has dropped and the service is terrible. Miss the great cinnamon rolls, reliable hours and customer service. There’s also no Wi-Fi, so not a place to come and get work done and enjoy the ocean breeze.

I used to love coming to this coffee shop when visiting Mexico Beach, unfortunately it has gone down hill. They’ve increased their prices, charged me $9.40 for an iced latte, not even Starbucks is that expensive. They then charged us for two cups of water when we asked for one, when we asked them to rectify this wrong charge they told us no refunds… They forgot to take military discount off & wouldn’t give us our money back unfortunately I will not be back.

Outrageously priced 12 oz. coffee - $4.25! Starbucks isn't even that much for a 16 oz. Went in about a week ago 10/2/22 passing through on my way to AZ. Post season so I asked if coffee was freshly made and hot. Woman replied, yes so, I gave it a try and wanted room for cream. Took sip and it was cold. Woman replied "well probably because of the cream you put in it." Gave me another cup out of a different container. Then she left about one inch from the top not filled! Very disappointing! I know there's inflation but come on!

They were very kind and helpful! I needed to get a little work done and they were wonderful enough to let us have our pup on the patio while we finished our drinks. I think my sandwich was just the frozen, cook in the microwave, kind but still good.

The older lady taking orders doesn't pay attention to your order. I ordered a large latte and it was extremely bitter and came at a temperature way too hot even after asking for kids temp. I had to over sweeten it to make it slightly more palatable. And it was extremely overpriced. Fooled me once....not again.

We tried to order two different items from the menu and we were told “there’s no one on the grill and it’s too complicated so order something else.” We got several things. The spinach and artichoke quiche was ok, not a lot of flavor- wouldn’t order again. The sausage biscuit and sausage, egg, cheese croissant. I saw them take ALL of our food from the refrigerator beside the register and put it in the microwave. I didn’t think much of it- maybe they prepare food at night and heat it up the next day. I swear to you, it was either frozen Jimmy Dean biscuits or some other frozen brand. Absolutely not worth it. Over priced for grocery store frozen food with zero flavor. The cinnamon roll was dry and stale. The hot coffee tasted like water. The caramel frappe looked pretty but tasted like blended ice with caramel- no coffee flavor at all. The strawberry smoothie was very good. If I wanted to heat up a frozen biscuit for breakfast I would’ve done it myself. I would not eat here again. Save yourself the time and money.

Amazing chai tea lattes better than Starbucks! Love the local chill atmosphere and sitting on the lounge looking at the ocean drinking your beverage.

I know inflation has affected our country but $17 for two iced lattes is taking advantage of your customers. This is Mexico Beach Florida, not Rodeo Drive. If you are also a tourist planning to get a quick coffee fix, it’s worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately my experience was not good the elder lady was extremely rude and argued me down on the shop not having ex sugar. Decided to give me ex Carmel and charged me 4$ extra.I get the same coffee Carmel iced late ex sugar and have no problems.I am a local and refer everyone there I will not continue referring anyone. I am appalled with her unprofessionalism and the bad attitude she has it's slow Season and to run off the few custom that you are blessed with at this time of year Unfortunately will be even less. I advise you to train her or get rid of her all together because she is causing your customers to have a bad experience and not wanting to return.

Mexico Beach, Florida is one of the cutest small towns with few restaurants/fast food and this is part of the charm because we know that the few food service providers truly care about the customers that come in and Caribbean Cafe & Coffee serve the best coffee, better Starbucks by far because they truly focus on each order competently before starting to work on the next order. It may take a few minutes depending on the time you go in but any short time spent waiting is well worth it. I totally recommend this for coffee & their tasty baked goods for breakfast. The Blueberry Scones were the best I’ve ever had & my husband said his Cinnamon Roll was perfectly delicious. If you visit this hidden gem on the Coast & you are craving a delicious coffee & baked goods then this is place for you. Bravo 5 stars, I would give it a 10 out of 10!!

Came for the famous cinnamon rolls, found out they are not baked fresh. Also, they charged me for 8 when I only purchased (was given) 6. Spend your money somewhere else.

We went twice this week. The coffee was good! Friendly service, cute atmosphere. Buttttt... there's a struggle with the food. None of it was very good. Actually, it seemed as if the food once was really good, until it was put into a microwave to be rewarmed and get soggy. I don't know how else to describe it. This place has BIG potential to be great, but what is happening to the food? The filling in the empanadas was SO GOOD, but the pastry shell--it was soggy and limp. PLEASE warm these in a toaster oven or something. They would have been SO much better that way. Same with the scone. Scones aren't heavy and "wet". The flavor was great though! The frittata had good flavor, but rubbery, dry texture. I assume all of these items were microwaved and the texture issues could be resolved by using a toaster oven instead? Please take this criticism as helpful suggestions. I want local businesses to succeed the most! Again, the coffee was great!

Excellent place for breakfast and coffee! Super nice staff, food was delicious, and the coffee was both amazing and made quickly! I’ve never been to a place that was so busy, but still so fast and courteous! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico Beach!

Great little coffee shop with great view of the ocean. Good coffee when you need it. Only reason not 5 stars is food comes frozen. Other than that, really enjoyable experience.

Not sure what the draw is to this place. All the drinks we ordered weren't that great. The danishes were flat and tiny, and the staff was SOOOO unfriendly. One guy greeted us, but they seemed annoyed at people wanting something. Definitely won't go back when we need coffee

The eggs were rubbery and basically cooked dry. The biscuit was a microwave biscuit. The coffee is decent, and the cinnamon rolls are good. But it’s not a place to go get a good hearty breakfast. Also pricey.

Bianca and Landon are a mother/son dynamic duo!!! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. And the almond joy latte and quiche were delish!!! So glad I stopped in.

Pretty good coffee but food and service were extremely lacking. Long wait for us when there were three workers serving only 3 parties. The breakfast sandwiches ended up being frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches microwaved in front of us. The cashier was short with us and seem bothered we were there. Just grab some coffee and know you're not gonna have great service doing so.

Awesome little spot to grab a quick coffee and hand held breakfast before hitting the beach! Who needs Starbucks when you could have personable service with equally as delicious coffee and extremely better food options. Will definitely be back on my next visit to the forgotten coast.

Very disappointed! I'm a huge fan of supporting small businesses especially coffee shops. Small quaint coffee shops usually go the extra mile in kindness, food quality and more. Unfortunately CC did not do that. My first visit at 10am...i was shocked to be greeted with no smile, no warm salutations...just "Can I take your order?". Then when I ordered a small breakfast sandwich I saw it was frozen then nuked in a microwave. What in the world??!! Come on now...at least be a bit more discreet. Lol And super expensive for grocery store products. We decided to give them one more shot at an earlier time. Nope...disappointed even more. A different lady at cashier...she was impatient and rude. I've had better service and food at my local convenient store. Save your money. Drive to a different coffee shop. Heck go to McDonald's in Port St. Joe.

👍👍 Great authentic tasteful food. If you like tacos (beef or sea food) with a Texas touch you'll love what this restaurant has to offer!
