We’ve visit this beach numerous times over the years and just love this beach. We started coming here about 15 years ago when we started to notice heavy developments in Destin area. This place was still very quiet and quaint and still is that way. Beautiful beach and water and so glad to see that people are rebuilding after Michael. Parking is still free few yards away from the beach with an easy access. And this place always has amazing sunset with beautiful clouds. This is definitely one of our favorite beaches in the world.

The Mexican Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Michael, however these people are resolved to bring back to life their sparking white beach front. Restaurant's are slim, so are accodamations. If you have never seen a city after a hurricane, you should witness such a huge blow to the City's economy, and it's residents. Mexican Beach will come back. It's such a beautiful place.

Simply beautiful natural beaches of white soft sand, sand dunes and swaying sea oats against a back drop of a deep sapphire sea. Roam on the soft sand and watch natural sea birds and dolphins and an occasional sea turtle will come to shore to nest. Come and enjoy and leave it as you found it. Unspoiled, uncluttered.

The beach was beautiful. We had a great time . Even though the city is still working on recovery from hurricane Michael in 2018 the beach looked amazing.

It's the most beautiful beach I've ever been to so far!!!! The people in the establishments that I've visited are so nice. The food at Sand Dollar Cafe and the Shipwreck Raw Bar was so delicious! I will definitely be back!

I recently visited Mexico Beach, Florida, and I must say, it's a true gem that deserves a five-star review. The pristine beaches are simply breathtaking, with soft sands and crystal-clear waters that make for an ideal beach getaway. The sunsets are nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky with vibrant hues of orange and pink, creating a mesmerizing backdrop for relaxation. One of the highlights of my trip was witnessing playful dolphins gracefully gliding through the ocean waves, adding a touch of enchantment to the coastal experience. It was also quite thrilling to spot baby sharks in their natural habitat, offering a glimpse into the fascinating marine life that thrives in these waters. The warmth and hospitality of the locals truly stood out during my stay. Their friendliness and genuine care for visitors made me feel right at home. The welcome center was an informative and poignant stop, providing insights into the aftermath of hurricane Michael that devastated the area. Learning about the resilience of the community and their ongoing efforts to rebuild was both humbling and inspiring. While Mexico Beach has made remarkable progress in its recovery, it's evident that there's still a long road ahead. The spirit of perseverance and determination among the residents is palpable, and it's heartening to see their commitment to rebuilding and revitalizing the town. In summary, Mexico Beach, Florida, is a hidden paradise with stunning beaches, unforgettable sunsets, captivating marine life, and a strong sense of community. It's a destination that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, local charm, and a glimpse into the strength of the human spirit. A five-star rating is well-deserved, and I can't wait to return to witness the continued transformation of this resilient coastal haven.

Great place to visit. It's destroyed after the storm but there are places open. The beach is accessible. Be prepared for traffic due to construction.

This is my preferred beach town. Although ravaged by hurricane Michael in 2018, it has built back to the small town, big open beach atmosphere. No high rises, lots of open beach next to the road. Uncrowded beaches. If you want a relaxing quiet beach vacation, away from the high rise buildings, consider this town.

Really nice, clean beach. Clear water and not too crowded. Shells all over the place. Will visit again. Make sure you bring your own shade and sunscreen!

Mexico Beach FL, is the perfect vacation destination... Quiet, beautiful sunset, amazing food & people ... Not meant for activities... 💯 percent fun in the sun only .... If your looking for the party it's 45 mins away on Panama City Beach FL...

Love it here. Sadly, people are finding out that this is a small, quiet beach and it's not so quiet anymore. We sure enjoyed running around in a golf cart and sitting by the beach.

Hit hard by Hurricane Michael 2018, they're resilient, they are rebuilding, they will survive. Gorgeous area on the Panhandles Unforgettable Coast!! 💙❤️

Beaches and sand are great. Devastation from 2018 Hurricane Michael is still evident. Many homes are still rubble, and construction is all over the place.

Because of the ride tide algey, there were dead fish along the shore. But the sand felt amazing between my toes. It was pure white and the scene was beautiful ❤️
