Nice place to have massage they offer private couples room with tv and aircon...plus their massage is really relaxing..place is huge and clean..service is great..

the location is good and not in a busy street... ample parking spaces for clients... such cozy place.. attendants are all friendly and nice... good music and scent all over the place inside the place... the changing room is big and spacious too... very nice rooms for all type of crowds... restroom has bidet! super nice... had the opportunity to experience their service... will recommend...

We had 1 hr foot spa and 1 hr body massage. Their service was really good. They'll give you some tea, water before they start and will put a hot pillow on your lower back to relax and calm down. The massage therapists really know what they're doing and they're not talking while massaging us and that's one of the reasons why we really had a relaxing day! Best massage and service. ❤️ The place itself is very calming and clean. We will surely come back!

Massage therapist was nice but she has this tendency to use her pointy thumb. Sometimes her nails scratches my skin. I didn't feel massaged, it just felt like she bugbog me lol but she had a nice attitude naman. I had to mute the volume of the TV because it was contradicting to the spa music playing (chinese instrumental music), the room was not cold enough but the therapist was kind enough to bring a fan inside. Slippers, and shorts were so big XXXL for me. Not good at all. The towels were so dry and hard it hurts when used on the skin. The tip envelope was already broken. Front desk people were just okay. Just doing there job. When I got out of my room. There were a group of massage therapist going upstairs, they were noisy and one just looked at me with no hospitality whatsoever. Parking was okay atleast there was a guard to assist you. I'll never go back. One experience is enough. Signature 1hr P600.00

Tried to have massage here because they have parking spaces. Blown away with their ambiance and professionalism. Really enjoyed my massage and fell asleep the moment I went home in the afternoon. :) Highly recommended!

Shū's combination of Foot reflex and back massage really hits the spot for my body to really relax. They give a warm foot bath and tea to go with the combination massage. Their unique way to finish the foot reflex massage is a treat. Ambiance is very nice and quiet, away from the main street and you have your own private room to have a truly relaxing experience. Worth the price.

If I could give a -1 rating, I would. Worst massage experience I’ve had! 😩 My fiance and I go to reflexology spas weekly, so we kinda know what to expect. We have a go-to place in Greenhills but we tried Shu Banawe to check if they can offer a similar or even better quality of service. We read the reviews, and the place seemed promising so we were very excited. We chose their 2-hour foot and back massage. Room was clean and the place smelled great. Massage chairs were ok, not as comfortable as the ones in Footzone/Beijing Footspa. There was ample parking. But that’s it. 1. Their therapists were very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. They weren’t very accommodating when we arrived, titignan ka lang nila and will say their usual spiel without actually looking at you. Super ingay nila. The entire hallway sounded like a marketplace. What was supposed to be a relaxing massage felt so stressful. The therapist assigned to us shushed her co-therapists twice but they couldnt care less. Tuloy ang chikahan and sigawan. It was too much. 2. Therapist assigned to me had zero energy left. I politely requested for stronger pressure, and she did try, but her hands were giving up. Sobrang walang pressure yung massage all throughout. Not sure if she’s feeling unwell, overworked, or simply lacked proper training. All I got were light strokes na parang hinuhulaan na lang niya lol 3. The supervisor herself wasn’t keen to provide good service. Also seemed like she’s used to complaints, and didn’t look/sound apologetic at all. Even the therapists didn’t care when we were complaining. Parang normal na sa kanila na may nagagalit na customer. Sa sobrang disappointing ng service, we asked them to stop and cancel the appointment just 45 minutes into our 2-hour massage. Masyadong maingay, and the massage was just TERRIBLE. Ayaw na namin magsayang ng oras. (We headed to Footzone Greenhills after para makabawi man lang sa stress). I insisted to pay for the 45 mins dahil ayoko naman na masayang yung pagod ng therapists. The supervisor Jonafe charged us 1,000. WE ABSOLUTELY REGRET GOING TO SHU BANAWE. We were fooled by the positive reviews here in Google. The actual experience was just horrible. Don’t waste your money here, and please spend it somewhere else. Don’t fall for the reviews. There are better spas out there like Footzone, Beijing Footspa, etc. Iwasan nyo tong lugar na ‘to, and save yourself from unnecessary stress.
