very friendly staff, very simple text reservation, very clean, very neat, very cozy and comfortable place. funny dog and cat pets. the outdoor dinning tables were very functional and ideal for meals and other works as the gardens bring calmness and peace of mind.πŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘πŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‘ŒπŸΏπŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ›ŒπŸ›Œ πŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸ›ŒπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

Alvin and his brother Allen who's guest house is just across the street are wonderful people. Their staff was polite and always ready to serve you. Allen and his brother took care of everything from directions, my stay, and the tour of Mt. Pinatubo. I strongly suggest visiting either of these families and seeing the sites here. Just remember "not to ask Google, ask the locals" Good travels, D.Brown

I had a very nice and quiet stay here and a great trip up to Mt. Pinatubo. The friendly hosts also helped me to plan my upcoming trip to Mt Pulag. Also the hotel has a very nice garden to relax at. I would defined recommend you to stay there :)

Simply amazing with the best of home away from home comfort in the area. A very relaxing stay with good staff and the location is just right for anyone planning for a day or two of traveling around. Alvin is an example of down to earth host with accomodation and service you rarely find. He even waited to make sure the hike and tour was done before he left to do his other routines. A worth it stay aside from his travel package of Pinatubo hike and Crater with 4x4 to and from. Why not avail both to experience one if the best breath taking nature here in the historical area in Philippines. Good for both young and old , family or friends you won't regret.

Very nice place! The outside is unique. The room itself is simple, but good. The team is very helpful and willing to help in any need. It's very convenient to sleep at Alvin and go early morning with him to the Pinatubo mountain. The early morning breakfast was great!

Warm welcome from Alvin and his staffs. This is the perfect place to stay before going trekking Pinatubo. Alvin can help to organise everything (tour, transport..). Do not hesitate also to try the local craft beer after the tour ;)

Can highly recommend Alvin and team. We used them to guide us on our Pinatubo tour and all was very well arranged! Maraming Salamat!

This is probably the closest hotel from the departure of the Pinatubo trek, which is very convenient. Alvin was very helpful and reactive by WhatsApp to help us organise the complex journey from Banaue to Sta Juliana. After a night in the bus, we have been allowed to checkin at 8am which was super nice. This being said, we have been really disappointed by the room, it is extremely overpriced! The double room is actually a privatised dorm with bunk beds, the comfort and equipment is very basic (no toiletries, nothing at all to hang the towels or clothes, no mirror in the bathroom, no bath mat…). We also saw a giant cockroach in our room in the evening… Even the complimentary breakfast was minimal (cold scrambled eggs, tiny breads and an untasteful ham). All this would be totally okay for a budget accommodation, not for the most expensive room in our 6-month trip around Asia!

I was great, the staff is awesome. They are there 24/7. If you are visiting Crow Valley, it's a great place. Thank you again, Alvin, Vincent Diane for a great stay. See you again I hope soon.

Nice rooms, good food, fantastic service. Everything is sorted for you for the Mt Pinatubo hike and the location is perfect. Definitely recommend staying here.

The place looked vintage - it was dark, had a lot of plants, and wooden furniture. The common area was Instagrammable, but it did attract many mosquitoes. The wifi was good in the common area, but was very poor inside the room that we were in. We weren't provided toilet paper/shampoo&conditioner/soap. There wasn't a hook/bar to hang up our towels in the bathroom, but it seemed like there used to be command hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The room smelt like clean linen, but we were scared that insects could enter through the AC. The main door to our room could not be locked, so we couldn't leave valuables behind. The lunch was so-so... I'm grateful that breakfast was free of charge. We met Alvin after we checked out, and he kindly helped us call out a tricycle driver to take us to the Junction.

Mt. Pinatubo area is quite regulated. But Alvin and his sister Sonia gave a lovely personal touch that made our visit extra special. Definitely recommend staying at this guest house and joining the trekking trip with them.

We had a blast day during our ATV adventure! Highly recommended and very accommodating from booking up until you got here. Thank you so much to kuya Roel for processing every details for booking and to our guides during our trip, and also to kuya Alvin who came with us on our adventure. Definitely coming back again for more!

Alvin is amazing. Super friendly and accomodating. The range of food options to order wasn't big, but we were allowed to go in the kitchen and make ourselves a salad, which was really nice and felt very family like. Don't expect much of the nearby area, as you will stay here only for the volcano hike, but the locals in the nearby village are very friendly. We even joined someone's 50th birthday party and sang karaoke with them! A perfect, comfortable place to stay before the hike to Mount Pinatubo.

The owners Alvin and Angie make this place a wonderful and welcoming home! They take care of all your needs, answer all your questions (even beforehand via email), organise a breakfast even though you didn't book it... It's like coming home - thanks for that! I'd come back! ;)
