We had 3 folks from the Philippines with me and I was the only foreigner. Really disappointed in the food, really I do not think my cat would eat this stuff. Even the table had wax paper on it put down roughly a food wide and 3 or 4 pieces and as you eat, the overlapping wax paper pulls apart and the rice goes on the table. I was so hungry that I are some of it, but we ended up leaving about half of what we bought because we were increasingly concerned about our own health. We ended up going down the road to McDonalds so we could get something we were confident was safe. Cleanliness wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible. There were a lot of flies.
