I made 6 crowns, had 2 wisdom teeth removed and completed my orthodontic treatment here (had to wear and adjust braces, which were installed in Russia, for 6 month). Now I've finally completed all my teeth treatment, and I' m very happy about the results! Doctors speak English (and orthodontist Mira also speak Russian, which was very convenient for me). Everyone is attentive and nice, so it was very comfortable to have my treatment here. My best recommendations!

On 9th of august I was at the appointment. Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience. I had high expectations because of all these good reviews. I came to the clinic, at first I thought that a person who greeted me at the reception was an administrator but it was a doctor who was doing paperwork. I was supposed to have an airflow cleaning which I had had a lot of times before so I expected a professional team work. What I got: painful experience, harsh movements of the doctor, almost no reaction to me mentioning it’s painful, the doctor who was struggling to manage the equipment alone without any assistance, my bleeding mouth, a towel (which looked like a bathroom one) which the doctor brought in the middle of the procedure (I hope not from the toilet), the protective glasses I was given only after I asked (before that my face and eyes were wet with water), an open door to the waiting room with the music (I think because there were no other people in the clinic). So I asked the doctor to stop because I couldn’t bear it anymore. I went to the clinic because it partners with my insurance company to check if I can get some qualified help before I decide to have a few teeth crowns placed. I neither can recommend the clinic nor I will go there again.

Dear All, I made an appointment with you based on the good reviews you have. Your staff was friendly and I have no complaints about that. After all, it goes without saying. Since I am dissatisfied with the state of my teeth, I wanted to replace them with ceramic crowns completely. Both jaws. I was advised that during grinding, it will be necessary to extract nerves from four to four on both jaws, so you calculate how many healthy teeth need to be "killed". That's not the worst either. After further consultation with some of your colleagues from other surgeries, it turned out that I have a progeny that is progressing and that by placing crowns and bridges, apart from consciously sacrificing healthy teeth, I would temporarily aesthetically mask a serious health problem that I have. Even so, what would be achieved aesthetically temporarily would not be aesthetically good enough. The solution is surgery. One of the possible alternatives was correction with a fixed appliance, but it turned out questionable (quantitatively and qualitatively). And after the operation, the rest would follow, without needlessly killing healthy teeth, with a better aesthetic appearance and, most importantly, with a solved health problem. In short: - You did not introduce me to my real health problem, which is progressing. - Therefore, you did not even present to me the possibility of further correction of the same (fixed appliance or surgery). - You suggested me the worst possible option (killing healthy teeth, temporary aesthetic solution of questionable appearance while completely neglecting the key problem). The rating is based on immediacy, knowledge and consideration. I hope that this criticism will be useful to you in order to improve your services. Criticism is strictly affirmative. I’ve had a very problematic and painful tooth and according to engagement of doctor with so much patience during a several weeks, the tooth is cured! The next step will be putting the crown on it, the other specialist does dental prosthetics, so they will save the tooth. The doctor and the whole team are very kind and professional, and the atmosphere in office is so pleasant and calm. I have to admit, I was lazy and careless to my teeth, and after this experience doctor gave me a reason and encouraged me to fix it all, so I will continue to treat my teeth in Beo Smile Design.
