Great service from Kevin and Rudy! Food was delicious, we had the Saturday special brisket sandwiches and it was cooked to perfection! Love those jalapeños beans! Thanks again Kevin and Rudy for the awesome service!

First time here and we really love the food! Rudy was helpful to us and explained to us the menu. My kids love the Mac and Cheese but mine is the Bread and Chili side. Kids eat free Sundays btw!

I visited Dickey's tonight for the first time in over 6 years. WOW! It was outstanding. I ordered the ribs, potato salad and baked beans. I had no complaints. And as if the food wasn't the winner, the customer service was even better than the food. I can not remember receiving customer service this good in a very long time. The young gentleman that helped me was so nice and patient. He is the reason my experience was so great. Thank you! I will definently be back.

The food is great, but the primary reason we keep going back is the amazing customer service and friendliness here. Jordan and Barry are the friendliest and most courteous people. I don't think I have ever been to another business that felt more welcoming. We thoroughly enjoy our meal every time we go.

Immediately walking in our greeting was from a man telling us they were out of most meats. They only had pulled pork available. The sandwich was good, but the sides were cold. Another customer complained about the cold sides as we were eating our meal. I was shocked they didn’t have hushpuppies. Hushpuppies and BBQ go together! Better BBQ places in the area.

Nice place. Excellent Hugh pulled pork sandwiches. Added the optional cheddar cheese. BBQ served plain with several types of sauce available. I opted for the sweet BBQ. Had the pleasure of meeting Bill the owner. Great selection of chips and drinks. Currently running a special on the big yellow cups. Interesting decorations.

Had sides only plate! It was amazing! Josh and Jason were warm and welcomimg and super friendly!

My wife and I are on vacation, and we asked our niece what a good place to eat would be. She sent us here, and we were not disappointed at all. For me, the best thing that I had was the collard greens! The ribs were really great, and not to forget the Customer service was right on top of the line!

Barry and the Sunday morning crew are the best! Not only is the food delicious here, but the service is fast and friendly. I appreciate the clean store and drink station as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great BBQ. The brisket burnt ends and smoked turkey were very tasty. Save your yellow cups for when you go back and drinks are only $1.00!

Went in on a whim because mom wanted barbecue. Immediately impressed with the welcome from behind the counter. The guys were so helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. Brisket was perfect and the ribs fell right off the bone! Will absolutely come back.

Came here for a lunch on a Saturday. I’m not exactly an expert on food, but everything we had was great. We ordered the chicken and the brisket here. The chicken was soft and moist, absolutely delicious. The brisket was good, slightly on the drier side but the barbecue sauce did an excellent job in balancing that out and was also great. The service was beyond excellent, wish I could give 6 stars on the service alone. It was out first time here, and the manager present, Rudy, was so helpful. I could absolutely tell he was excited to help us out and enjoyed his job. The environment was nice and a good place to eat.

Ordered takeout on a Saturday evening and it was quick and friendly. I ordered the loaded baked potato topped with brisket, and it was amazingly delicious. The portions are huge! I actually took off about half the meat for a delicious sandwich later! Daughter had the loaded baked potato with chicken and she also has enough meat for a sandwich. This was a huge treat for us! Also got the big yellow cup, which is surprisingly sturdy, so a nice score!

Great experience, great food. Bill is the man! I flew in late from Chicago and was able to catch the tail end before the place closed - super accommodating, enjoyed some free samples. You gotta check this place out!

I haven’t been to Dickeys in years since the one in my town closed. Happened to see this one and wow was I impressed! The baked potato casserole was highly recommended and boy was he right! I need a container to go!

Billy catered an event of 50 people for us and it was DELICIOUS! Brisket and pulled pork were amazing! Yummed out on mac-and-cheese and the beans! All was so very good! Thanks so much!

This was my 1st time here. I was in the plaza and spotted this place and decided I wanted to try their brisket. Looking at the menu I seen that turkey was also a popular item. It was empty when I walked in so I thought I would get some type of greeting but one employee stared blankly at me while the others didn’t acknowledge anyone was there. I debated on leaving but I did not let the service deter me from trying this place that is new to me. I ordered the 2 meat platter with brisket, turkey, and potato salad and baked beans for the sides. The brisket and potato salad was delicious exactly what I wanted from both. However I was extremely disappointed in the turkey I was expecting some turkey breast slices instead I received cube like slices of turkey with a spam texture. The baked beans tasted form can to pan they did not season or dress them up in any way. If I did come back it would be for brisket but this was not good for a 1st experience.

Well done! The BBQ was flavorful and succulent. We consider ourselves BBQ connoisseurs, and Dickey’s did not disappoint! I also have to mention the service was excellent! The gentleman at the cash register suggested we purchase by the pound because it would be cheaper. I even saw him open the door for an elderly couple as they were leaving. It was refreshing to see this kind of consideration for others.

I got the 2 meat plate w brisket and the cheddar jalapeño sausage (based on Rudy's recommendation - he also let me sample the brisket and pulled pork) with mac n chs and collards brisket: 8.5 cheddar jalapeño sausage: 8 Mac n cheese: 8 collards: 7.5 overall a very good bbq spot if you're in the mood. friendly staff too.

A grear place to have southern-style BBQs. I intentionally sought for brisket and I loved it. Different types of bbq sauce provided, and I tried both original & Carolina. Their drink cups are HUGE.

Atmosphere was amazing and the food is well seasoned. The ice tea quiches the taste and gives you that southern bbq feel! If you have kids, they are sure to eat!!!

Kevin made sure our food was as we ordered. I got a juicy pulled pork sandwich. Very good and piled high with juicy pulled pork. Unfortunately, there was no fried okra or ice cream at this location, but Kevin explained the reason. Sure would have liked that, though.

Been here for family pack take out 3 times and live a good 45 minutes away or I would stop in more often. Always great food especially the brisket… everyone is very friendly … manager and owner and served by James yesterday who brightened my day with his great attitude, efficiency and recommendations! Look forward to many more meals!

Just ate here and wow. I just got the quickest, and nicest service I have ever received in my life. Followed by the best BBQ I have ever had. I will have to come back here. I am forever in debt to the chef and server that were working here today on November 26th at 2. Whoever you are thank you and you deserve a raise!!!

Food is awesome and service is off the charts. Jordan always goes out of his way to give great customer service and is so friendly to my kids. Jason and Ely are very friendly as well. They always have great coupons too.

Great experience at Dickey’s! Not only was the food delicious, the gentleman working the counter was very courteous. When my friend’s meal was not to her liking, he replaced the meal free of charge and refunded her. Unexpectedly superb customer service from a large chain.

Food was fantastic, especially the pulled pork. They had plenty of sauces to add on the side as well, which i love. My wife and son love the Mac and cheese, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back.

When I saw the word brisket I knew I had to have some! What a wonderful out of town tasty surprise. Delicious tender flavorful and the service was incredible to boot yep!! Will DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Loved it!

These guys are aways glad to see customers and they love what they do, which is rare these days. Love the slow-cooked Texas style BBQ (not that vinegary stuff common around here). If you want to feel welcomed and leave satisfied, this is the spot. Highly recommended.

The only positive that I can say is that they got my order correct. The food, however, was a big miss to me. It tasted like cafeteria food to me...it was lacking flavor. The Mac and cheese was very disappointing as it tasted like it came straight from a box...like something on a kids menu. I probably wouldn’t eat here again if I had the choice.

I havent been at a Dickeys restaurant since leaving Texas, this Dickeys restaurant the Owner was so a delight. He made sure we were taken care of and he took the time to go out and check on everyone seating at a table. Now, the food. The food was like when i was back home, I have missed the taste of a good Texas BBQ and i have tried others outside of texas and they always like the spice or they are dry. We had order their wednesday special and added brisket sandwich. The meat was juicy, tender and most of all it tasted like aTexas BBQ. I recommend this Dickeys if you are in a mood for some good Texas style BBQ. And dont forget your Dickeys cup we had so many Back home in Texas it was becoming our China. Enjoy!

The brisket is tasty but there is a $2 upcharge. Unfortunately, I ordered a Caesar salad as one of my sides. I poured out the salad into a container so that I can mix the dressing. I discovered a large dead ladybug in my salad. I’m so happy that I hadn’t started eating it yet. Needless to say, I threw it away. The customer service has kind of taken a nosedive with the new crew. The person making my food was on a personal call the entire time.

I visited this location twice, both times they struggled to use the gift cards that were purchased at Costco. At the second visit there was $32 left on the gift cards ($25 on one and $7 on the other). My total purchase was $57 they used $26 of the gift cards, charged me the difference and kept the card with balance. I didn't make the correction because by this time I was frustrated. It took three (one was a manager) people to attempt to deduct funds from the gift cards. It brought so much attention to my purchase that it was embarrassing. They even loudly stated in the beginning that there were no funds on any of the cards. This also happened the first time that I visited the store, so I imagine that they had the knowledge needed on the second visit. Not so. I purchased gift cards for my employees to visit this store, my concern is that they will experience the same terrible service. I am certain that I am not the only person to use gift cards at this restaurant because this is the only Dickey's in the area and Costco, a bulk retailer, is selling their restaurant cards in $100 increments! If I were to ever visit this restaurant again, I would NOT use gift cards because it is a challenge for the entire staff to deduct the funds using the cards AND I would double check the charges because they can't count either.
